Worse service ever we went thru the drive thru rude to begin with at the speaker as it was got to the window it was 49.80 we gave her 50.80 so should have got a $1 back correct YES well she handed us change an all we said was shouldn’t we get a $1 back she flipped out like really great service cussing not cool an with a child in my car my son when he has to say Mom there not supposed to cuss are they no son there just idiots for that I told him I told the manager how rude that was her excuse was she has ADHD ok don’t have her around ppl then not a good worker if I would have done that at my job I would have been wrote up an fired js I’ll be contacting Corporate too js VERY DISRESPECTFUL need better workers at the window if she can’t associate with her customers

I have never been so angry about service in a long time. I know fast food service can be difficult, but when I come in smiling and polite and you are rolling your eyes or just staring at me, without asking me if I’ve been served, it shows you don’t know how to provide customer service. While in the store, the staff was rude to many customers, slow to fill orders, and seemed to not care if the orders were correct or not. This didn’t pertain to ALL the workers, but the bad ones reflect on the good ones. Crazy work!

Charged .27 cents for sauce packets that are supposed to come with the meal. Large fry was less than half a container full girl at the front counter would rather run and cry to a manager then help the customer how hard is it to fill a fry container give a customer a sauce packet and thank someone for coming in. Place is a joke

Literally the worst food in zanesville. I encountered rude children running the store. No lids for
Soda, soda machine out of soda, no containers for ketchup, food was cold, food wasn’t cooked properly, long wait times to take orders. Fryer oil was bad on the fried food. I understand now why thousands of these restaurants are closing across the country.

Had me pull up and wait 25 minutes just for my food to be cold and hard. Blamed it on “ a staff member walking out mid shift.” There was at least 3 workers inside and I was the only car there within the 25-30 minutes I was there?!? Would not recommend

The food is as good as any Wendy’s but the service is so SLOW! I’m not sure why but if you order more than a drink it’ll take 10 minutes almost every time.

The store on maysville is just as bad as the store in underwood , several times I have went thru the drive thru and we receive cold food , stale fries , and sometimes the order isn’t even the right order ! When you call or try to speak to a manager you get the typical I am sorry , I will speak with the staff ! I have had enough of those I’m sorry’s ! Someone from the corporate office needs to go in a do some training or hiring of people who want to work and who is willing to provide good customer service skills and has the ability to cook and serve fresh and hot food , isn’t that what Wendy’s logo is always hot and fresh or is that just fake advertisement !
