Absolutely disgusting tray the they served my food on tonight!!
I understand that most zaxbys are run by teenagers if not all but this is no way to serve food even it’s two hours from closing time.
Definitely will second guess about eating at this location again.
If you can’t clean a tray what else is skipped in the cleaning process!!

If you ask for extra seasoning you’ll never get it. I promise you its rarer than the hope diamond to get seasoning at all let alone with extra. And the baby girl at the window when I have her $21 to pay for a $10.65 meal, she blanked out and said oh its only $10.65, handed me back the one and shut the window before I could try to explain how change works. Gave me back $9.35 when she could have taken my $21 and gave me back $10.35 Could have been a learning experience but it breaks my heart for the new Gen of card swipe kids. Now I have more change in my car which was what I was trying to prevent. And zaxbys fries from this location aren’t good without the seasoning. And yes I eat at the one in Ellijay enough that I know the difference. these are always stale. I honestly drive to ellijay if i want fried pickles because everytime ive tried from blue ridge its just a waste of money. Hope you do better, Have a Blessed day

Just rude service. On top of the fact that for a 5 piece tender you get 1 sauce if you want more they charge you. I specifically said that I didn’t want to pay for an extra abd they intentionally put it on my bill, charged me for it and then refused to give me a refund on my card. The drive through manager threw a quarter into my car. 1st and last time at this Zaxbys location

Very disappointing every time I order through door dash. Tea was basically water, the chicken sandwiches were so old the chicken was chewy. Asked for extra seasoning on fries got none.

Food was cold like they prepared it in advance. Staff had a attitude like they did not want any customers. Location was not easily accessible I will not be going back.

The girl that waited on us at the counter was super informative and explained everything about the menu. Although it was a fast food restaurant, she took her time and explained their menu to us since we had never been there. Everything was super fresh and hot and tasted great!!! My choice for fast food chicken or wings for sure!!!

Came here about 6:00pm and the chicken fingers tasted like they had been reheated from lunch. Dried out, not tender. I know what fresh Zaxbys tastes like and this wasn’t it.

Food is good. Could be more hot, so the cheese melts. The employees are always friendly, just a little slow serving food sometimes. But maybe a machine didn’t work or not enough people there. Seating area ok, just very cold inside.
