We order from here once to twice a month. The food is always spot on, hot, crispy, and consistent. Christmas Eve we waited about an hour, understandible. Our dinners were so good. They even threw in crab Rangoon on them (I wasn’t sad!). Bottom line, this place has great food worth the wait!

Add this to your list of restaurants in Twinsburg to not bother visiting. I was going to order for me and the kids on Grubhub. But I decided since I had to go to the gas station to call and place my order for pick up. I called and ordered exactly what is advertised on Grubhub and they also advertised on DoorDash as well. This is the pu pu platter for two. I have ordered this many times, including recently but again, usually just do delivery. When I got this home to serve my children, I notice a box full of unidentified pieces of something. I called to let them know that they did not get my order correct. Instead of trying to fix the issue, the woman on the phone argued with me, told me that they have not served the pu pu platter For over a year, basically tried to tell me just to eat it because the “sweet and sour chicken is the same chicken and the strips just smaller,”then when I told her the pu pu matter was was on Grubhub, she told it was not and I was looking at a menu from a year ago. I told her I was currently looking at the menu, then she tried to tell me if I ordered from grub hub that I would have got what I ordered. It gets better. She then tried to tell me they didn’t even have the items for the platter I ordered. I went to their actual menu and noticed 1.) true enough in their website they don’t have a pu pu platted and 2.) they have the items listed for what is advertised on door dash and grub hub. If they knew of this discrepancy they should have said something when I ordered on the phone from their online app advertised menus. Regardless, 10 minutes arguing on the phone and no resolution to my problem. Not to mention, the combo plates we ordered were the tiniest portions we have ever received. They really could have just said “ok, we will credit you back half of the appetizer size you did not get half of what you ordered, but instead they decided to argue with a paying, and tipping customer mind you, about something they clearly did wrong. Below is what I received versus the two advertised menus. Neither app says this is available through app order only nor does their website specify certain items are only available via app.

Used to be great and I loved coming here. Now they are overpriced and the food doesn’t taste good. I picked up and was greeted to what looked like a 10yr old working the register and maybe a 16yr old cooking the food? Like what? Also food wasnt ready (ordered online an hour prior) and had to wait for it to be cooked and the fortune cookies were really stale. I won’t be back.

Don’t go here. We were enjoying our meals until my son pulled a wad of tissue or maybe paper towel out of his mouth. It had been stir fried into his beef lo mein. I couldn’t eat another bite after that. I will never order from China Moon again. It was so disgusting to find that in our food.

Been going to this place for years and i dont think ive ever been disappointed. Always get the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and its delicious every time. This place deserves a higher rating.

amazing food every single time. employers working there are so kind. it was super busy tonight when we went to pick up our food but there were only two people working and we were glad to see their business was so busy! highly recommend!!!

I ordered fried chicken wings & french fries. I’ve never gotten this American food for here always Chinese but I was hungry and wanted Chicken wings.. Oh my goodness….I’ve never ever had black chicken wings inside all through the meat, I was so hungry and after I picked over my 2nd wing, I couldn’t continue to eat the rest, I couldn’t bear it!! I called and they apologized and suppose to replace the wings when I go back but never will I ever get anything other than Chinese from here .
