They do have a variety of southern foods to choose from. Please note that this is not a Black owned restaurant/eatery – according to the history that was given to me. This is a place that I went to twice & I don’t have to go back. There are people that visit quite often because there is a line, most times, depends on the time of day you go.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for a couple of months now. And the ladies Ms Sue and Ms Angie are sweet hearts. I always get the beef stew. The best in the city. The chicken wings are good too. Fried to perfection. The breakfast is superb!

I went in to this establishment, as I see a lot of DC workers frequently stopping by as I drop my kids off. I’ve stopped in on multiple occasions and have always been greeted by happy faces (customers) however they deal with the lack of professionalism and cleanliness that is needed to run a restaurant. On two occasions I’ve had long black straight hair in my breakfast sandwich. The second time happened a few months later, however today waiting for my food that took 35 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. Is beyond my stomach desire. Than, to be charged again and when I showed them my phones statement continued to place blame on me for just standing in the corner. The experience I received from this establishment and the way they treat patrons that are clearly basis and unfair to the community. I shop and support my community 100% and feel we should receive equal treatment. I truly hopes this find you well and the issues in your establishment can be tightened up. Not the right vibes.

I ordered turkey wings with collard greens and rice. The turkey wings were overcooked. The collard greens had some stems. It’s carryout only. I never saw the turkey wings until it was too late to return it.

The food and decor do not look appealing. I feel sorry for those folks running that place, but I wouldn’t buy anything from that eatery. It doesn’t look like it’s a winner.

Delicious breakfast and lunch food. Service has always been above average. However, the prices are now through the roof! Unbelievable how much they are asking for chittlings and other dinner items. Some breakfast platters are reasonable. I’ll give them a overall score of 8 out of 10.
