I decide to explore parts of Pennsylvania and my Nephews been telling me about a place called Philly Pretzel Factory.
I went in this one and the environment was nice, the staff was very kind and overall one of the best experience I had.
The pretzels in there were absolutely delicious including for those hot dog pretzels, never had a hot dog that was greater than this! I must convince relatives to give this place a try.

I’m heavenly disappointed with the lack of service with this pretzel factory regarding the calling service.
Dis morning I wanted to order a small tray of rivets and nobody was answering the phone. I called 12 times in the span of 2 hours to have no one answering the phone.
Come on, it shouldn’t be that hard to pick up the phone. I called Auntie Annes and they answered in just a matter of few seconds and place my order onto there systems without issues.

I placed an order on Tuesday February 4 2025, via phone, for a $150 order of pretzels for Super Bowl Sunday and did NOT receive them. I waited outside in the cold with a sleeping 1yo for over 15 minutes for my 12pm pickup just for me to get to the front and them tell me I had no order with them. I showed them my phone call log with the time I placed the order and they still denied me. They said it’s Super Bowl Sunday we are not taking any new order and no walk ins orders. So I had to now scramble around for the next 30minutes trying to figure out where to get pretzels from for this huge party I was throwing. Thankfully Auntie Anne’s took my order and everything went VERY smooth. The customer service at this Pretzel Factory needs to really be looked into, when they mess up and still show no empathy towards the customer. My family will no longer go to this location.

This location needs to improve their operations or retrain their staff. It was raining, and the lights were turned on at 6:00 AM, indicating they were ready to open, with the sign outside confirming their hours. However, the doors were not open. Despite seeing me waiting in the rain, the employee inside ignored me until I knocked on the door. This behavior was both rude and unacceptable.

I NEVER publicly complain about a business. However I have to tell everyone about this Pretzel Factory. I ordered a pretzel tray for a party online the day before the party. I put the pickup time as 9:30. When I arrived to pick up the pretzels I will say I was 15 minutes late, the pretzels were so hard we couldn’t bite into them. I went back in and told them. The women named Jordan refused to help me she said the pretzels became stale in the 15 minutes that I was late. To be honest they tasted like the were from the day before. I had to throw the whole tray away! I went down the street to Philly Style pretzels and they made me a tray with fresh pretzels. Save your time and go right to them.

Fresh delicious pretzels, the owner was polite, helpful,and patient. It’s not often we eat pretzels anymore so we ordered quite a bit. They do accept cards, I’m not sure if there’s a minimum. They share a parking lot with CVS and a hair salon.

The pretzels are good, but the store is very dirty. I opened the door where the drinks are and there was a lot of dirt, dust and I saw a dead bug inside. Non of the employees where masks and when the lady was bagging my pretzels she didn’t use gloves.

Products are always fresh. Staff is always respectful and accommodating. Actually, staff is extremely accommodating, as I was in the store when a customer was 4 hours late to pick up a tray and the customer was losing their mind on the girl. The staff disposed of the product because it was stale and offered to get her a new one. I think people forget the product is preservative free and the pretzels will get hard after time. Had the employee not offered to make her a new one (yes, they told her there would be about a 10 minute wait), I’m guessing the customer would have been complaining about a stale tray. Throughout all the customers ranting and raving, the staff kept a cool head. Customer complained she didn’t have 10 minutes to wait, then berated the staff for about 8 minutes then asked for a refund, which they gladly refunded.
