My experience at sweetgreen was incredible. The atmosphere is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The service was also very excellent. I was immediately greeted by the staff and I found them to be polite, friendly, and welcoming. Finally, the food was delicious. My sister and I ordered the Garden Cobb and the Hot Honey Bowl. The Hot Honey Bowl was customized, which is why it does not look like the picture online. We found our bowl and salad to be very tasty and fresh. I would definitely recommend this place for people looking for a healthy option in the area. I am definitely returning. 10/10 experience.

Very happy to see this location open up in Shelby twsp. I have been to the Troy location and the Rochester one before and had good meals both times and was pleased to be giving it a try again. Jon and Josh were both very helpful and friendly. They answered all my and my husband’s questions and didn’t rush us. My husband had a customized bowl and I had the Mizo salmon. It looked fresh and everything was fine. When I bit into the rice, some parts of it were seriously underdone. Like they were hard as a rock. But the rest of the food was really good. I just know to stay away from the white rice going forward. Overall, I would eat here again!

I just ordered the miso salmon bowl from this location on DoorDash. I ordered double salmon, which should have been two large pieces of salmon, and instead, I received four small pieces of dry salmon. My rice also came uncooked (so crunchy). This was such a disappointment. I really thought I found my new place for food. The veggies were not fresh. My brother ordered this bowl a few days ago, and it came with a lot more of each item, and fresh. I am not one to leave reviews, but this was very upsetting.

First time to this location. My family and I frequent the Downtown Detroit and Troy locations so I am very familiar with them. I came up to the order counter and the young lady did not greet me as she walked by to wash her hands and put on gloves. I stood back for a moment then sat down to look over the menu on the app to order instead. I wanted to customize it so I proceeded back to the counter. The young lady asked another employee to assist me instead. As I was ready to leave I asked the young man helping me for a bag. He opened it, sat it on the counter and proceeded to walk away. I asked “ do you not bag the to go orders “ which he said “no we do not”. The only time I bagged my own food was if I the bag myself to go at the downtown location when it was busy and NO ONE has ever said that they don’t bag to food. I felt some type of way about that and had to ask other family members if they had ever experienced this to which they all replied no. Not sure if I will be back or go to Qdoba a few doors away. Not sure if this was a misunderstanding or not either. Also the bags are behind the counter and not out for customers to pick up.

Food was good and fresh. This was my first time at this new location. Jon was very helpful in assisting me with my pickup order. The fish taco salad is online only. I suggest making it an in store item as well.

Server was helpful. I ordered a custom bowl. Everything was fresh, lots of choices for protein, vegetables. The pesto dressing was delicious, the bowl was served with a slice of sourdough bread that was also delicious. My one complants would be the tofu was disappointing because it was dry and tough.

Sweetgreen has been one of my favorite places to eat for a few years now. I had it in New York the first time and I’ve been going to Troy ever since so I can get it. I was super excited to get it at this location and have it be closer to home, but I made an order the other day. I ordered the Chicken Avocado Ranch and two other salads. My bowl didn’t look good, first of all. It had about three pieces of chicken. And the rice was supposed to be warm, but it ended up being ICE cold. I live right down the street. It shouldn’t have been ice cold. The worst part is? I got SEVERE food poisoning from this place which has never happened from another Sweetgreen.

I came in today around 12 and got a custom bowl and let me say the blackened chicken was my favorite part of my meal, whoever is back there making it is amazing at there job, my other favorite part was the green goddess ranch, it just has this delicious dill flavor and is one of the best ranches I’ve ever had and the service was just awesome, i was immediately greeted when i entered and they actually engaged with me as a customer, i would rate this place a 20 out of 10 if i could.
