These guys are top notch, that’s WHY they are so busy. We live about 45 minutes out and on the way home from radiation it’s so easy to swing by and pick up an online order. Yesterday I did the order so early it didn’t show up on the computer so we just paid for new food and left. When we were charged again later I called them and within an hour they were on the phone letting me know they had sent a whole refund! Like that’s great service with great food.

Newer Panda Express. Clean store. Busy at 1:00 pm. Not all food was available during visit. Servers were nice. We ordered chow mein and broccoli beef. Both the main dish and the noodles were cooked well and tasted good.

I go to this location for lunch very often, this is not the first time I’ve felt the entree on top of a panda bowl was “skimping”, this time I was very disappointed with what I saw when I got back to work. There was about 5 pieces of beef and 4 pieces of broccoli. I do not pay $9-10 for a bowl of 90% rice. Do better and give people a good amount for what they’re paying for.

I’ve ordered from here a few times, normally the food is good but sometimes you get something disgusting. I tried the tofu and eggplant and it was horrible, the eggplant was sour and hard and inedible, had skin on it that I couldn’t chew and it was very bitter. Only one slice of UNCOOKED tofu. Was very thick, not very good. Today I ordered orange chicken kung pao, kung pao has zero veggies. No zucchini or anything else besides chicken and peanuts and an INSANE AMOUNT OF INEDIBLE PEPPERS. I order the kung pao often, it’s usually filled with veggies and maybe two or three of the hot inedible pepper shells. Look at how many of these peppers are in my food, and lack of other ingredients that kung pao usually has. Idk, whoever made this should feel bad about themselves genuinely. Being untrained or whatever else isn’t an excuse, come on, food is expensive nowadays and it sucks getting an inferior product. Would like them to do better because when panda is done right it’s delicious, and I’ve had lots of good takeout meals from this location besides these two instances which are very bothersome.
Update: could not eat the meal at all, it was so spicy that it actually hurt my mouth and I ask for 10 when the waiters at Asian places ask for the spice level I want. Actually totally inedible.

Always great food… awful meal prep management. I put in an uber eats order on the way to the store. We got there, ordered food for my family in a long line, and they finished eating before my food was even made. 45min after “preparing your meal” and two questions of where my simple chicken and rice bowl is and I see them finally pull the ticket to be made… sorry but that’s unsat in every aspect. There are others here as well waiting at the 45minutes mark. They need a manager… if there’s one here, I have no idea what they’re doing. The people on the line are great and I’m sure we will come back, but better service is a must for success.

The staff were very friendly, and the food was fresh like it was just made. The best Panda Express I’ve been to!

I have gotten my food from this location at least 6 times. When they first opened, the food was amazing, the wait was crazy but reasonable since it was a long awaited opening.
The next few times, we noticed the drive through wasn’t packed the service was genuinely just slow.
Last night, we ordered the family pack and both containers of orange chicken had pink pieces of chicken coated in sauce. They were chewy and completely ruined my appetite. The chow mein has always been pretty flavorless from this location so I got over that, but I simply can not get over pink chewy chicken.
Really upsetting since panda is my favorite place and I’ve waited for one to open up closer to home. I really hope you can start cooking your chicken all the way and maybe train the employees how to work in fast paced environments.

Came to order for our family, they ran out of teriyaki chicken, which is common. Not a big deal. But if you’re waiting to eat because of it, why are they serving 3 orders BEHIND US the chicken, almost running out AGAIN! We asked 2 times if we can get our food, only to be passed up again. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I will no longer come here. And I will be talking with the manager about the horrible service! Unacceptable!

UPDATE! I did talk with the manager, as a 15+ year worker in customer service and food service, I explained how I know expectations. Also if you pick up the order, finish it to the customer. Greatly appreciated the management. Upgraded it to a 3 ⭐

The foods good. But they definitely work more on serving drive through, then people standing inside. They let the line get out the door and then they take all the food for drive through line leaving minimal options for people having waited in line.
They also have minimal seating, there’s never anywhere to sit.
The portions are definitely lacking as well, compared to the other Panda Expresses.

What is wrong with customer service these days?! Only my second time here and the first time was opening week. Now that the big wigs are gone, you have shown the realness of this location.

Does anyone smile or even know how to interact with their guests anymore to keep them coming back?! This drive through personnel seemed like Shrek took their gumdrop buttons before they clocked in.

A robot would have more personality or engagement than these sorry sour sops at the window. I was even trying to be extra nice and cheery. But nope, just a lackluster ho hum as if the window was too much of a chore to open. I get it, working a Panda Express window as a young gingersnap is not glamorous but for gumdrops sake…have passion for the job you do have and make the most of it until you find a more glamorous job. But then again I would never hire someone with the attitude I saw today at the window. Not just the main girl at the window but I looked in at the other girls and they all looked miserable…just utterly miserable. It was Pathetic. I even asked if my sauces were in there that I ordered and she rolled her eyes at me like I was wanting to join in her exclusive swamp. Lo and behold I get back home and I’m missing one.

And before you say I’ve probably never worked food service or retail..over 15 years I worked food service and retail. I smiled and made the most of it and took pride in my job, no matter the task. Even dishwashing I could find a little joy in the day.

If I want American Asian food , I’ll just buy some frozen PF Changs and cook from home and see my kids smiles than a drive thru full of Shreks that dragged themselves out of the swamp.
