Today I ordered pizza from this location, and the pizza arrived severely overcooked with burnt cheese. When I contacted customer service, I was told that this is “how they cook their pizza,” which is unacceptable.
The quality was extremely poor—so much so that my toddlers could not eat it. Instead of addressing the issue or offering a resolution, the management was rude and dismissive.
This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charge and request a refund. I expected much better quality and customer service from Domino’s.

Honestly I was a bit worried to order from this location after seeing reviews about the food being messed up but this was honestly the best domino’s has ever made my food before.
I’ve ordered three times from this location and everytime they’ve nailed it. My order in the attached pics was an extra buffalo sauce pizza with spinach and a light cheese jalapeño pizza. They nailed it. Definitely will be ordering again!

I think I’m done with Dominos for several reasons, one being, they don’t put enough sauce on their pizza so I ask for extra but I never get extra. Last night the pizza I ordered had almost no sauce. It’s like they did it on purpose. We threw 1/3 of it away. Basically inedible. At the pick up window, I heard the woman tell someone to get my sauce cups, and I said, “Can you please put those in a bag for me?” to which she replied, “He’s getting it!” in a rude “hold your horses” tone.

I ordered a pizza I called and I was speaking with one of the guys and I was paying with card and he told me that the payment didn’t when thru and it did than you tried again and also it did it charged me twice and also iam overdraft and you guys decided to not bring me any pizza anymore so please refund me my money dominos if your watching these here’s the prove I don’t want any trouble since your not gonna bring me my pizzas please give me my money back okay iam back iam editing this message its 02/28/2026 its been almost 10 days yall still didn’t give me my money iam trying my best to not contact headquarters of dominos but yous tempting me you people need to release the hold on my money its 2 transactions of 27.01$

There is always an issue at this particular Domino’s every time I order. The staff is ALWAYS so rude, they don’t follow delivery instructions, and again, the are always so rude. They never apologize for their terrible customer service. Upper management needs to check in on this, rudest staff ever. It’s so ridiculous and I like the pizza here, now I have to order from elsewhere this was the last straw for me.

Order a few pizzas for take out from this location, since our normal location was too busy. We got out pizzas faster, but likely figured out why. All Domino’s are not created equal. Being a franchise, I expect the ingredients and cooking tools are the same, so the issue likely falls on poor management and training for staff. Our pizza had huge crust bubbles and the ingredients were not spread evenly. Sounds like similar issues for other people posting reviews. We won’t be back anytime soon.

We only go to this place because it’s so close to our house. Otherwise, the quality I’d bad about 2/3 of the time we go there. This pizza in the attached picture is a Chicken bacon mushroom pizza. The place was not busy when we got there so that’s not even am excuse for the bad quality. The bottom crust was soggy and so thin. The cheese was so sporadic. And there was barely any toppings as well as barely any garlic on the crust. Also terribly cut. We eat there about once a month and it really is random if we get a good pizza. They have given us good pizzas occasionally but seriously, why can’t it be good quality all the time? Especially when they aren’t busy because its 3:45pm. Smh. The only redeeming quality currently is the location and the garlic bites are delicious.

I wish I had read other reviews before trying this location. Got to the store at the designated time and they hadn’t even started yet. Was told, “ah yea, our tracker isn’t very accurate….its going to be another 30 minutes.” What a joke.
