Don’t waste your time. Nothing is ready and orders placed ahead online are ‘ready’ 20 minutes + after the promised time and after the time the app says it’s done and waiting. Terrible service and no one in charge of anything. Drive to another one or make your own at home. Either option is better than this.

I placed my order ahead of time using the mobile app and arrived about 20 minutes later, expecting to pick it up quickly. Instead, it took me 15 minutes just to get inside the store because it was packed with customers standing around holding receipts, all clearly still waiting for their orders.
When I finally reached the pizza kiosk, there were no pizzas inside at all. I then had to wait another 10 minutes just to speak with the employee taking orders and handing out food. When I asked about my order, he told me twice that my pizza was still in the oven, without any apology, explanation, or acknowledgment of the long delays.
Overall, the store seemed completely backed up, unorganized, and overwhelmed, and the lack of communication made the experience even more frustrating.

Whoever owns this franchise store needs to really look into the staffing & scheduling. It doesn’t make sense to order ahead of time to then get to the store and the pizza is not even made yet. The staff here has turned it around, but there are times in which there is almost 10 people waiting in the lobby to either order or get their previously placed orders for over 20+ mins. I am a regular of this store and whenever the blonde Cuban lady is working, that’s when the store delays the most. She is not customer service friendly and is always giving attitude to customers, and when customers say anything back she acts all offended. The rest of the staff is friendly and attentive. It’s that one lady that is always in a bad mood and combative with customers.

I’m sorry I speck English only. But what was told to me was 5 to 10 minutes of wait time. After that time, elapsed. I was trying to ask if my 4 year old could use the restroom. Back to my first line… completely unacknowledged. Luckily, I bought some chips from Subway next door. My daughter and I bought 2 pizzas. One pepperoni and one Italian sausage. The $5.+ pepperoni was phenomenal!!! However, my $7+ Italian sausage pizza looks like a cheese pizza with some sausage sprinkled on it. So, there is a 2 star rating for my child’s pizza. 0 for mine.

I’ve been to this location several times over the years. It used to be good, got bad, then good again, and now going down hill yet again.
According to the time the app said the food should be ready for pickup between 7:38-7:43…I got there at 7:53 and my code didn’t work. Although not acknowledged with “how can I help you, or I’ll be right with you,” before the 2 guys walked away, again… I asked one of them if I could ask him a question about the code before he left again. I showed him my code, and he asked my name. He looked at the register and said he couldn’t tell.. he said, “I don’t know, it must not be ready.” I asked if he knew when it would, and he said no and walked away. 8:08 – still not acknowledging me or other customers that came in…instead of asking if I was picking up, the other guy places the food in the pizza bin.
They gave a half empty cup of sauce for the crazy bread. When I asked the guy he looked and all of them were like that. They used to fill it to the brim. Yet still charging 1.07 for less(smh). I asked the Mgr Milly, and she insisted the same.
Get in the car pull off, my daughter opens the crazy bread to eat a piece and says it’s cold. Pulls out another, and that’s cold. I fill the bag and they’re all cold.
I hope all locations are not the same. This is the closest location to us. We will no longer patronize this location. If any others are the same, we will completely stop going to Little Cesar’s. Please do better. Thank you.

Worst little Caesar around the wait time is never accurate the food sucks the establishment hot they don’t let you use the bathroom the customer service sucks the communication isn’t there. They smile and keep making it seem like it’s normal to be waiting so long people got stuff to do at this point the whole staff needs to be fired there’s never a day where there time is accurate or communication is comprehensive. A couple mystery shoppers need to be assigned to this store a couple times a week. We the people need a better staff there the rating is at a 3.2 what we gota push it down to a 1 ?

By far the worst,5 people on staff. My food is ready. An no one will give me my order. 5 girls working here on Sunday July 27 at 610 pm. Don’t bother to ask for assistance. They make you wait twice longer. With foul language an behavior.

1st off, the store was sickening with HEAT like what… are we the pizzas? Outside at 94° was cooler than inside.
Anyhow, at 2:33 p.m., I placed an order on the app for 1 supreme and 1 cheese pizza. 1 HOUR
….1 HOUR!!!!
It took 1 hour to get my food, and that pizza came flying out when I got irritated enough to ask for a refund at 3:20pm. because i started having a migraine. The young staff doesn’t speak or understand English well enough. The store being hot as the oven DID NOT MAKE ANY BETTER. Everyone in there today was irritated but we all kept our cool. This store needs an overhaul of staff. I’m VERY disappointed. If you’re bragging about hot n ready pizza, HOLD UP TO YOUR WORD.
My summary of this 1 store… Disappointment
Fix A/C & work on making the ordering system smoother, and the 4-5 stars will come pouring in. Oh and have the staff check on the front counter more often, the two guys were practically hiding in the back most of the hour I waited for 2 (TWO) pizzas.

Super slow and pizza portal broken. When I got notified my pizza was ready, I had to wait in line for 10 minutes to talk to the cashier. He then told me my pizza was being finished up. I continued to wait in store for my pizza, which took an additional 20 minutes. Take your business elsewhere

I called in order told ready in 20 minutes got to the store waited 40 minutes there was only 1 person working register and making orders. Then I saw the lady making orders placing in the racks I get to the counter and she made me the wrong order. The I saw lady was rude and unprofessional I got a refund. While waiting to be waited on she kept allowing all of the Spanish people come to the side and place orders just very unorganized. I will never go back they deserve 0 stars
