I went for a dinner date with my Niece and my great nephew, November 8, 2025, to this location, mainly because when my daughter and niece were little we had frequent play dates here. I called ahead to see if they still had the big play area they used to and the person who answered said it was still big but had been remodeled (so not the same). When we got to McDonald’s no one was at the counter, I waited awhile. A guy kept walking from the back to deliver food and would walk past me. I went to a location that people working in the back could see me, I was ignored. Finally I ordered at the kiosk. The food took quite awhile to be delivered to my table. The trash can in the play area was filled to capacity. I went back once for a refill for my niece and I. I was ignored. A fellow customer, also waiting for service yelled at the guy who was delivering food that the very least he could do was get me some refills, so he did. I spoke to at least 3 other families who were upset by the service. I told a friend who met up with us to try getting food through the drive-thru before coming in. The drive-thru was also slow and hisnorder was only half right. The positive part to the trip was the play area. My great nephew had a ball and made a new friend. Being short staffed doesnt give employees the right to ignore the customers.

Got here at 10:40 to get my son something to eat on my way home. I was ignored and laughed at as employees walked around the store and refused to make food or take orders I waited for about 20 minutes and I’m currently still in the drive through waiting for my food. I demand the people on this shift be fired why would you keep people in your business that aren’t here to make money. If you run sales for the night you will see they stopped taking order I’m guessing around 10 pm . I would cross check tonight with every other night this crew works and I you will find they most likely do this all the time. I will be calling first thing in the morning to speak to a manager.

We arrived before 9 and this McDonald shut their doors even though they are supposed to be open, making it drive thru only. We had an RV so my husband tried to go up to the drive thru to order and the parking lot was a solid sheet of ice and he fell! Impossible to order here if you don’t open your doors

This is the worst McDonald’s in our area. My order is always wrong. The food is never hot unless you ask for it, which should be standard. The always give me unsweetened tea when I ask for sweet. Never a good experience when I go there. The egg on my sandwich was sponges and tasted awful.

doors were locked at 5:30pm couldnt get inside either door. Kids were very upset since they wanted to play in the play area. We ended up not getting any food.

I ordered two Steak Egg & Cheese bagels (I’ve been eating them for years) and this time, for the first time, one of my steak pieces were not complete. I called to tell them it looks like a chunk was missing; I was told the steaks fall apart and this happens. I was handed to a manager who told me to bring the meal back (within breakfast time; it’s 9:25am and I would have to make it back in time) and they would replace it. I understand if this is policy, but this policy doesn’t take into account the fact that 1.) This isn’t my mistake. Yet I waste my time, gas, and money to rectify it. 2.) The meal was meant for my husband and now, he has to go without. I was on lunch break to bring it to him. 3.) There is no compensation to me for their mistake. I only receive the same meal, the way I should have the first time, to me and not the person who it is meant for (as I am off of my lunch break!).
