The older man that works here is always so nice to me. Asking how my day is going and wondering what I’m up to that day. He’s very friendly and makes my sandwiches exactly how I ask for them.

Worst Subway on the face of this planet.
1. Ordered 3 subs and went to pay using a coupon and was informed they don’t take coupons; not a participating store! So what would of been $17.99 +tax was right about $30 because my fiance didn’t want to be as rude and just leave the food.
2. The sandwiches were practically inedible. (See pictures! )
The bread was rock hard! Was not asked if we wanted them toasted even! It was chicken, and so she threw the whole thing in the toaster instead of just the chicken to be heated.
3. Spoke so softly it was nearly impossible to hear her at all. Had to ask her to repeat what she said 10x at least. If you cannot speak up & clearly you should not be dealing with customers orders!
4. Bad veggies. Spinach and lettuce were brown, and tomato tasted rotten. Had to spit out the tomato after I took a bite of it that was hanging out of the sandwich.
5. The bread was cooked into a canoe shape, so all of the veggies were popping out. No matter how much i squeezed the bread would not tighten against the veggies without the bread cracking into tiny bits. I eventually took the bread off the top and tried to eat it like an open face sandwich.
Was a complete disaster! I ended up picking off some of the veggies and the chicken, and that was what I ate.
6. The steak sandwich was even worse than the chicken. It was ROCK HARD, and the steak was so overcooked it was like a paté and very little of it. (See pictures! )
Please read the more recent Google reviews from this location in Lockport, Illinois. Mostly 1 star, which they don’t even deserve that.
Tried calling to speak to a manager, and nobody answered.
I tried calling corporate, and they have gone to an online complaint system only. That’s laughable when reviews on Google say they don’t ever hear from corporate after going through subway.com/ contact us link.
I tried calling again at night and still no answer!
THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE!
I will never go to the Lockport, IL Subway again.
To the owner, do better or continue to lose business.
When a woman in line heard you don’t take coupons, she also turned around and walked out. Which is what I wish my fiance had done also.

There was too many 1 stars so I didn’t want my review to get passed by lmao food was good but I was able to see he wasn’t in a good mood. I asked for napkins and he handed me 3 and said “that’s it”…I was cool until he told me “that’s it” lmao I had the meatball sandwich which can get messy real quick. But as I sat down, I knew I had to check reviews to see for myself and it’s been a hilarious 5 minutes of reading all of your reviews and even the fake ones. I always gave a tip on the machines when it asks no matter where I’m at but I’ve never clicked “no tip” so fast in my life lmao I find it crazy reading reviews of his bad attitude from 2-3 years ago and they are STILL open. Cookie was hard too smh. Anyways, the meatball sandwich was good. Warm and the marinara was flavorful. I will probably come back, but I’ll also come here in a bad mood and see if he can out bad mood me lmao

If I could give zero stars I would. Walked in and nobody was there. As the guy was making my salad, he was also still chewing his lunch. Paid $13 for a salad with no lettuce and barely anything. Wasn’t even chopped up. Then the guy got an attitude when more customers started walking in

If I could rate it lower, I would. How this place is still in business is beyond me. Employees are some of the rudest I’ve ever delt with. Dude slapped my sandwich together like I insulted his mother. Didn’t cut the sandwich, the place stinks. They keep the meat section hidden.. i think thats against Subway policy. I came in the other day & was told to come back in an hour?? How can you run a business like this. This place should be SHUT DOWN. DO NOT EAT HERE. Quite possibly the WORST Subway on this side of the Mississippi, no joke!
