Good Hope Bakery has THE BEST gluten free cookies that I’ve ever had! The first time I ordered a variety pack and the S’mores cookies were so big, all the cookies were! They were so soft and delicious! The brownies are so good! Everything is so good! I always get a big order and freeze them. They are just as delicious from the freezer! They are definitely worth the price! I love having them on hand. I will be a customer for as long as I live! Being gluten free can suck, but these goodies make up for it! ♥️

We went to SYSCO FOOD SHOW earlier here in Moab, I can’t say enough great things about this product. First and foremost: THE BROWNIES!! A true joy! Everything i’ve tried here is so delicious and wonderful. Just so delicious. The s’mores cookies and the brownies I mean everything is so great! and to top it off, The guy (representative seller) I forgot his name, he’s truly so wonderful! Such a kind person! Would recommend this business and food to anyone.

Update: customer service was awesome and send me new sugar cookies because mine were ruined in transport. The sugar cookie was better but I think it was still too gummy for my liking. My mom loved it though so I think that’s just preference at this point. I also froze the other 2 cookies which helped return the moisture lost from the intense heat from transport and when they thawed they were soft and chewy. S’mores was my favorite by far!
Ugh I hate not writing 100% positive reviews but reading all the 5 star reviews got my expectations so high. I order 3 different ones, the sugar cookie, the Oreo cookie, and the s’mores cookie. Let’s start with the positives— they arrived fast, the cookies (with the exception of the sugar cookie) are HUGE, I’m strict celiac and they are celiac safe, in general the cookies are good.
The negatives—my sugar cookies all came smashed. I don’t know if I just got a dud batch of sugar cookies but they seemed undercooked (which might be your thing) so they didn’t hold their shape at all. I wasn’t a fan of the undercooked texture. And then my only negatives with the other two is that they were super dry when I got them and I was soooo excited for them to be chewy. I would like to preface, it’s been so hot this week (105 degrees) so maybe that was the problem, they just dried out in the heat.

I bought the “party pack” advertised on Facebook and was a bit concerned that it might be a scam since a lot of Facebook ads seem to be. That being said, my cookies arrived today (Wednesday) and I ordered them on Friday so they didn’t take long to arrive. I opened the box and they were well packaged. Two of my snickerdoodle cookies weren’t labeled but who really cares about that. The cookies are big. I decided to try the s’mores first. Omg. So tasty. I highly doubt I’ll be less in love with the other flavors but I’ll come back and edit if there’s an issue. I’m very impressed so far.

This is such a great cookie company! I was originally interested because I have a close friend who is GF and thought I’d share this company’s info with her. When I tried the cookie (and I’m not GF) I was really impressed and surprised it tasted like a really scrumptious cookie, I couldn’t believe it was GF!
Cole (owner) was super accommodating when I called and told him I couldn’t get the s’mores cookies at a couple of locations. So I drove down and got it from him directly. I will happily support this small (and mighty) business because I love what they have achieved (a GF cookie that doesn’t taste like the typical GF cookie!) and their customer service is impeccable!

As someone with Celiac I have tried many different packaged cookies that mostly tasted like saw dust mixed with chocolate pieces, that come in large packages containing a handful of small cookies. I wanted a go-to cookie that I could have as a treat and feel like it’s a real treat, that I could take with me or eat at home. I happened upon an ad for GOOD HOPE BAKERY. I’ve seen ads before and had such high hopes only to be disappointed, not only in taste, quality and quantity, but in how long it took to deliver. I watched one of the Good Hope videos where the SMORES cookie was featured and I knew I HAD to at least try that. In about a week my order arrived. I bought a 12 pack, go big or go home, right? Each cookie was about the size of your palm. Right away different from all the others. Individually wrapped, great if you want to take it with you, check, check, now is it good? I opened one up and took a bite, and OMG, it was amazing!!!! I felt like I was cheating. The marshmallows made it gooey, large chocolate chunks gave it an amazing chocolatey taste, and the cookie itself held together well, altogether tasting AMAZING. I’ve eaten them as they are, but when we’re dishing up dessert at the house, I get one of my cookies out and I put a scoop of ice cream on top and I’m eating dessert just like everyone else. I absolutely love these cookies. I’ve already ordered another 12 pack. If you’ve been hunting for that go-to treat, you should seriously try these!!!! I absolutely love them!!! * * * * *

Literally some of my favorite cookies. Tried the sugar and snickerdoodle cookies. The sugar cookie had great pink frosting and great doughy texture. The snickerdoodle had a great cinnamon flavor and was more on the soft side especially once heated up.
