Customer service was pretty good. The food was TERRIBLE! Egg rolls burnt, crab rangoon sour/ spoiled, special fried rice, meat had a strange texture, way too soft, smelled sour, hot braised chicken unidentifiable. A total waste of money. Made some in my family ill. We tossed it all after eating a tiny portion.

I gave them a 3 this time because I wasn’t really pleased with my food usually when I come here to food. Today when I came I got the one time and a spicy wings. Now the wings are good that little bit hotter than what I’m used to. But if I would have known that they fired half of my one-time I want to left without giving money back. Or getting another order made.

Food is HORRIBLE….gave the place the benefit of the doubt went back again. The same thing HORRIBLE, Crab Rangoon burnt and dried out, rice greasy and nasty and it wasn’t closing time. Don’t know what they do to the hot braised chicken. I will never eat there again.

Actually it was my first time visiting there with my aunt. The rice was not bad. I fear different places like this and order things I don’t know and meat etc. I ordered plain fried rice with extra green onions. The rice was not greasy and the rice was firm. My aunt order chicken and noodles and a saint Paul sandwiche. The place was clean from what I can see. Nice customer service and even though my aunt didn’t call in her order we waited and didn’t wait long. The prices are no more expensive than any other Chinese restaurants. We went around lunch time and it was a lot of customers inside.
