Ordered online (so no misunderstanding)… one sub: Turkey, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on a toasted bun… sub came back not toasted, not cheesed, not mayoed. I call back and they said they would check the cameras for who ever made the sub and there nothing they can do for me if I can’t immediately come back with the sub for a refund. I went to get the sub on my lunch break so I couldn’t just stroll back over there. She said, “come back tomorrow” I will not be back tomorrow or maybe even the day after. Not sure tho…(Update): they called me back after “reviewing the cameras” and told me she made it perfectly… I’m not sure why she took it to heart that my sub was made wrong instead of just apologizing. Never coming again. Ever

Well I figured I’d give this location a 3rd try. Never again. The same thing. Veggies especially the greens not fresh, and lettuce a little brown. The worst part is being extremely stingy on the toppings. I rarely give reviews, but had to on this particular location. Literally one of each olive, peppers, pickles, tomatoes spaced equally apart in a row it seemed. Triple the price from just a few years ago you’d think it’d be worth it. Nope not here, as I seen the very unfriendly owner walk to his $95k Mercedes lol. Will never stop there again, and recommend the same to you all. Go to the one on Foote Ave. They have never disappointed me.

Last night I went in to get some subs and the last one the bread was plain when I told the lady she had said it was the same one as the other she didn’t even look at it when I had told her about I also wanted the Italian and herbs bread the chicken and everything that was inside the bread was good they didn’t give me the bread I wanted. To be honest Fire house subs is WAY better than subway they should actually open afew firehouse subs here in Lakewood or in Jamestown and close one of the subways here..

The best chicken wings and pizza in the Jamestown area. Great food and service, with great prices for the quality. It is not cheap low grade food like the fast pizza chains. Quality fresh tasty food!

After going to the subway on 2nd st thought we’d see if this one was taking coupons went in and were told that they weren’t taking them because the coupons aren’t working in ny state! Lol also noticed at this one they are remodeling! Looks like it’s the consumer is out of luck on this one!
