I ordered the slices and sticks on line went to pick it up my order, I received a box of old dry out Italian cheese bread then I told them of the error I then had to wait for my order to be cooked once I received it there was not even enough cheese to cover the sauce on the pizza. Its a real shame companies don’t hold employees to standards anymore.. I haven’t been to Little Caesars in years and now I remember why.

I ordered online and picked up in the portal. Upon opening my pizzas to check before leaving, I see this atrocity. I asked the guy at the register if they had anything else available but he said I’d have to wait 10-15 mins. I should have asked for a refund bc what person in their right mind would even sell pizza that looked like this to a customer?? Pizza was half crust and looked like they’d literally dropped it trying to put it in the box. Smh never again!

Don’t bother you’ll be disappointed until they get better staff! I was sold what was called a pizza but looked like a child had played in play doh. The dough was uneven we waited for 10 minutes just to get a cold pizza that was merely burnt! At first we thought it was reheated, however we really don’t know what’s the story behind it.

When I arrived to the store, the first thing that hit me was a swarm of flies to the face when I opened door. Gross.
Plus, the floor was inexplicably sticky for a restaurant where no one eats in the store. Double gross.
I’d ordered ahead, but along with 2 other customers, I had to wait approximately 15 minutes for my order.
Now that I have my order, the pizza ISN’T EVEN SLICED. Not to mention, I ordered marinara sauce and got cheese.

I have not eaten at a LC in about 2 years. They have a better menu. I ordered the pizza and stick combo 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 cheese sticks. It was very delicious. Only gave 4 stars it was made to order and they were making all of the cars park and wait. My wait was almost 25 minutes. But I will go back. I only spent $8. Highly recommend if u are low on cash or have alot of people to feed.

Normally spot on except once when the pizza was a little dry. I mentioned this and the employee gave me a marinara sauce, on the house. Small things add up.

Employees were very rude when asked to make my pizza over because it was burned. Short dark lady took my pizza to the back and started eating it like she never ate in her life! Still made my pizza wrong. Very disappointed

They don’t cook the pizza long enough, or the oven isn’t hot enough. The dough is never crispy, always floppy, and soft as a hotdog bun.
