This was my first time in over a decade to come here. The food was delicious. We were there about 45 minutes before closing. They were closing early for the Independence Day holiday, yet they still had the salad bar full and looking fresh. I ordered the salad bar because I just wanted a light meal. Well, I ended up with a huge salad with sides of cottage cheese, potato salad, hummus, broccoli salad, and some muffin bites. Everything was delicious and clean. My only complaint is that nothing was labeled except the salad dressings. I was a little disappointed when I thought the muffins were chocolate, since they were dark brown, but they turned out to be a ginger or allspice flavor. They were still good, but not what I expected. The restaurant was very clean, and the employees were very friendly and respectful. I will definitely return to try more menu items.

I love Jason’s Deli! I tried the chicken and wild rice soup – delish! Carrie was the cashier on the receipt. She was sweet! I asked if I could have one of the large cups for water, but there’s a policy to charge for a large drink for a free beverage I guess. I asked another employee if I could get a ramiken to-go for my salad dressing (I also got the nutty mixed salad) and he reached for a drink cup and asked what I needed it for. I told him I needed a to-go sauce cup with a lid. He said he knew the term I used, but needed to know why I needed it. It was all kinda weird between wanting to charge for a large cup of water and getting questioned about my intentions with a to-go ramiken. I was with a group of 6 people and everyone cleaned their plates. So, the food was good, but the customer service was a little odd.

This is a great place! I ordered the Club Royale and it was fantastic with the spicy mustard! The lightly sweetened wildberry tea just hits you right. I was really afraid it was going to have too much sugar so it was a delightful surprise. Salad bar is impressive and hosts a self serve ice-cream machine! All sandwiches come with house chips. I suggest you try the jalapeño flavor. So dang good. Very happy with the service. I have a hard time deciding anything and they were patient and helpful guiding me through the menu. The only negative thing I could possibly drum up is the parking lot is crumbling and has a VERY large pot hole so be careful when pulling in.

Huge thanks to Nicole and the JD team in Overland Park. I called in remote for an office delivery to a prospective customer nearby. The team put together an order with just 2 hours notice and delivered in the exact time window I asked for to surprise the business. Upon joining my remote meeting, everyone in the meeting was excited and grateful for lunch from JD. -I really appreciate the execution. The team did the little things to help me out from afar.

I’m not a fan of deli shops. They usually overcharge for a simple sandwich HOWEVER this place changed my whole perspective on deli places. First off, the store has an amazing aroma when you walk in and the place was immaculate down to the fountain machines! It’s a sight for sore eyes. Now the menu is very confusing I will say that. It’s very hard to read because there is so much however the guy at the counter was more then willing to help me and my wife find the sandwiches we wanted. They came out hot, fast, fresh, and presented beautifully. I would recommend anyone to please check out this gem in Kansas City!

My first time ever at a Jason’s Deli and I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of my experience. My food was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The ambience is clean and warm. Joe was so kind and helpful in explaining the menu options for what I was looking for, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great dining experience. I will definitely be back!

I’m a new customer and I must say that I’m thoroughly impressed. Got a Beefeater and that thing is probably one of the best damn sandwiches I’ve ever had. Staff was super friendly and the place was as cleaner than expected considering I came in just after lunch rush. How are you not crushing the opposition?

Service 5 Food 3 My husband ordered the Cruz; he didn’t care for it. I ordered the Mediterranean wrap; it was very hard to eat, had some weird dressing and hunks of turkey that I picked off. My son had the chicken panini; again not a hit. He also had the chicken soup. He liked the broth but said the chicken in both the sandwich and soup was not good. He pulled it out of both. My husband also had the baked potato soup and said it was good. We got Mac n cheese for for baby, she ate it very well. Aimee was amazing! Our order was correct and she gave me a heads up when to get the ice cream so it wasn’t all melted when I got home. The salad bar looked good and the restaurant was clean Plenty of parking. I usually like Jason’s, we’ll give it another shot to see if the kitchen had an off day.
