Stopped in Friday around noon for lunch on my way home, ordered a foot long subway club and asked for bacon to be added, to employee told me he has to either toast the sandwich or microwave the bacon because it’s a health code violation if he doesn’t…I told him I’ve been getting cold bacon on my sandwiches for years as it’s fully cooked and doesn’t have to be heated up. He said “Whatever dude, go somewhere else if I don’t like it” so I walked out…this is the second incident at this store, the first incident the girl honored my request but still argued about it a little bit. The only meat that HAS to be heated up and or served warm is the meat balls…these employees need to be properly educated on the product they’re working with and should not be putting out false information.

Not a fan of requesting tips for sandwich makers but I don’t fault the employees for that. The food is always fresh and well made and ready for pick up on time. Sometimes the app doesn’t accept corporate coupons which is annoying so I’d like if this location honored them.

We went there for tuna sandwiches on the way to Madison. Little space inside. I ordered online and it took 25 minutes to build a Tuna sandwich.

This visit was very disappointing, the new girl has no customer service experience, she was rude & had a big problem with us customizing our sandwiches! Not to mention, she smashed our bread horribly, we should’ve gotten a flat bread or maybe a pancake instead! You don’t have to squeeze the life out of it when your cutting the bread, the knives are sharp enough! Splitting the bread, you may as well have sat on it! The other girl was amazing & very kind!

Why would you tell me your going to charge extra for extra veggies on a sub that has no cheese. Samantha that’s just not what you tell a customer when they ask for extra lettuce. It’s like pulling teeth to get veggies on a sandwich.
