mr. patel is so sweet and made it so fun for our kids! he had such a great attitude and greeted us warmly despite us walking in so close to closing time. he talked to the kids and made jokes with them. he was just awesome!

Stopped going to the Keller location because they were absolutely terrible. So we decided to try this location out and it was great! Sandwich was made exactly how we ordered it on the app. We will definitely start coming to this location from now on.

Horrible service and food. Ordered online twice. Both sandwiches were very poorly put together and both were missing cheese….. I ordered a fountain drink and the lady said I ordered the bottled drink. She clearly didn’t read my order. I also get my sandwiches toasted but they were both cold and gross because they are made well before I arrive so it’s not fresh. Some co-workers also ordered some sandwiches. All gross, poorly made and MISSING THE CHEESE. You lost a few customers.

Ordered 10-15 minutes ahead of arriving from the app. Walk in to an empty store. Manager and employee come out from back, I tell them I have an online order because I don’t see my sandwich on the shelf, the manager looks at me and says ‘oh you have an online order?’ And then he tells his employee to make my wrap. No apology for not having it ready, or completely missing my order when it came in. They throw together my wrap, don’t even cut it, then in a store that has been empty the whole time I’m waiting, ask my name to verify the order. They don’t pay attention, don’t care about customers, and don’t know how to make a sandwich.

The girl who helped me today was polite friendly and always smiling. She immediately asked me what I need and made it quickly and correctly. My meatball sub had meatballs from end to end with no gaps. Thank you so much for that. I will definitely go here again. Thanks

Jason was an absolute monster. Constantly Swearing and questioning every single item I placed on my sandwich. When asked for a bag, he said “ why do you need a bag, aren’t you just going to eat it” He was mad we weren’t tipping , and swore at us multiple
times.This is my negative experience with subway, and I am deeply disheartened. Please get rid of Jason as swiftly as possible as this is my neighborhood subway and I would like to return without Jason.

This Subway is so clean,and the staff very friendly, I am always happy with my meals and services. I mostly grab my food and go,and I always have napkins at least two. This alone is one main reason I keep coming back . I have been to so many Subway’s and it’s like pulling teeth to get more then one napkin. Even when many customers are in line the wait is never long and the service the same.

One of the employees seems to be very unhappy and dissatisfied with life. He is rude and not welcoming. Is quite often very hostile when you are looking at the menu and tends to rush you. I can go on and on about this employee but I say this to push Subway to please hire more welcoming and friendly staff! It is SUCH a turn off to spend money in a less than friendly environment.
