Started off with the queso with fajita beef. It was delicious! The margaritas on the rocks were a perfect compliment to my dinner (tacos al cabon). I have never had such flavorful fajita beef. They should really think about selling the salsa … the best I have had in years!

Barbacoa was very good, San Luis plate was also very good and tender. Home made corn tortillas were nice, fresh and thick. We did not care for the flavoring of their menudo. Friendly staff, but not very attentive.

The biggest issue I had with this place is it’s called “Mi Comal” and they clearly utilized store bought tortillas. Additionally, the Queso was very watery (see video). Taco has better cheese than this place and that’s saying a lot. Not recommended

Nice authentic Mexican food with an extensive menu. The seafood in the cocktail had a funny taste and was not fresh tasting at all. The chile relleno was ok, definitely had better. Had to ask the server for a 2nd Corona as they were not very attentive. They have daily lunch specials which was nice.

This restaurant is very hot. I think the a/c is off. Food is not good. I order menudo and it had no favor. It was warm not even hot. Sister-in-law order chilaquiles she mention is was horrible taste. They get very busy and the don’t have enough staff to attend the customer’s. Plus food is very expensive!!! I don’t mine paying but come on it has to have a good taste! Don’t waste your time coming here !!!

NEVER RECIEVED MY REFUND THE MANAGER GAVE ME HER PHONE NUMBER AND NEVER RESPONDED TO MY MESSAGE ASKING FOR THE RECEIPT THE BANK WAS ASKING FOR. MY BILL WAS $20 around that and I was charged about $80 extra. THIS RESTAURANT IS DOING FRAUD AND NEVER WANTED TO END THINGS RIGHT. DO NOT COME HERE THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD AND THE WAITRESSES HAVE NO MANNERS. DO NOT COME HERE ‼️‼️‼️‼️ I have spoken to other customers on Facebook and have told me the same thing. Today is the first time I have ever ordered food from this establishment, it will NOT be the last.
I was looking for Flautas in our area, our usual go to place no longer serves Flautas.
I went to Google map and searched Flautas near me. There were other restaurants that were suggested to have them but, looking at all their menus I did not find Flautas. Mi Comal had them on their menu. Yay!
I asked my husband to order the Flautas with Guacamole for me. Plus, requested NO hot spice, or jalapeños.
Oh my goodness, they did as they were asked. I truly can not tell you how many times I have asked other restaurants for a meal prepared a certain way and invariably my food is never the way I ask.
I am so excited and looking forward to more experiences with Mi Comal.
Their Flautas came with 6, by the time I snapped the photo I had already ate 1.
Thank you Mi Comal. Y’all are awesome and made my day better.

I had a great experience at El Comal. Luz, our waitress was very attentive. I highly recommend Caldo de res and Caldo de pollo. Ask for Luz when you come visit this restaurant.

The food was not the best, the places is small doesn’t have alot of room to move through. The service there was terrible the lady was in a bad mood, when we requested something she would just look at us with annoyance. For the tip that we gave we should’ve had a better quality of service. Service comes a long way, and the lady didn’t care about our concerns or doubts, she just talked and talked with co-workers. I wouldn’t recommend the place unless you are really hungry and u can’t find anywhere to eat.
