If I could give a zero I would. Came in this morning to use the restroom get a Red Bull and a vape and fill up my car. The cashier lady asked for my ID which I left in the car so I ran back out to my car to my ID and thought well I will just go ahead and pre-pay for gas and let it fill up while I go pay for my Red Bull in my vape… Gas pump says “see cashier” So I go inside and tell the cashier is said to see you and won’t let me pump my gas so she rings me up for $40 in gas my Red Bull and vape my card declines because the pump decided to charge me $45 but not give me any gas cashier tells me she can’t refund the $45 even though I didn’t get any gas and I’m gonna have to wait two business days to get my money back so now I have to choose between if I want gas, my vape or my Red Bull when I had enough money when I came in I had brought $77 in which was more than enough for gas ($35 E—>Full), a vape ($19.99) and a Red Bull ($6) and walked out With no money, however, I was only able to get a vape and $10 in gas so $77 was taken for me but I only got roughly $30 of product!!! I will intentionally avoid this Quiktrip any and every time I come to Owasso because I don’t wanna get my money stolen from me again.

I know its only a QT but this one is always extra clean, including bathrooms. The food is always fresh in the warmers and the service is impeccable. Bonus! They have a car wash. Yes YES they do.

I was excited to see this QuikTrip has a car wash, with the promotion you get $.20 off a gallon of gas. If you get the car wash at the pump, I proceeded to follow the steps follow the prompts and completed my purchase of gas at the pump. When my receipt printed I found out that I did not get the discount nor did I get the car wash!
When inside spoke to the manager and basically she said next time, make sure that the price stops for the gas. And when I told her I was not happy with the solution she just said have a good day. I don’t have any names! But it is 1:50 PM, July 26, 2024
PS I love QuikTrip. I always buy my gas there. Just wanted to try the car wash, they didn’t even offer to sell me one.
One more thing, quiktrip is a huge company. I cannot believe they don’t have a system to address the issue, if the pump purchase failed! also, need clear instructions on how to follow the steps.

Always a great experience. Staff is awesome as usual, plenty of staff on hand, clean…and now a car wash attached! First time using it. 8 bucks for their basic or use fuel code from getting gas

Always friendly.. great customer service QuikTrip stands by its name because it’s always a quick in-and-out trip. Kitchen is quick and fresh it’s worth the wait. I highly suggest the chicken bacon ranch bread with crispy onions. It is delicious
