The food was fine, but the customer service was awful. We ordered two steak biscuits at the drive-thru with a side of white gravy. The drive-thru is now ran by AI and it didn’t pick up on the side of white gravy, so at the window we kindly asked to add the side of white gravy before we paid. I’m not sure why, but the girl working the window was so rude and almost offended that we asked for a side of white gravy? I’m not sure why she was upset at us because the AI didn’t pick up our order correctly? We were smiling and kind. We thanked her and told her to have a great day, but felt so offended and disrespected as we drove off. I work in hospitality so I rarely complain, but this was so nasty, for absolutely no reason, I can’t not say something. And her nails were extremely long and unkept. I’m all about having your nails done, but this was gross. And to top it all off, she forgot our straws for our drinks, which really isn’t a huge deal as we had straws at home. It just added to the negative experience. If you appreciate general kindness and hospitality, avoid this location at all costs!

I want to share my excellent experience with Precious, the Night Supervisor at Bojangles. Precious was incredibly helpful, caring, and attentive to every customer who walked in. She made sure we had a great experience from the moment we arrived in the drive-thru, and her friendly personality truly stood out.
Precious was open to any feedback we offered and handled everything with professionalism and a big, welcoming smile. She is clearly a people person who genuinely cares about both the business and the customers she serves.
She is a true asset to Bojangles, and I can easily see her moving up the ladder within the company. Because of her great customer service, this is definitely a place I would refer anyone to visit. Thank you, Precious, for making our visit so enjoyable!

Generally average to poor experiences every time. Never an outstanding performance. Employees have poor attitudes, make sloppy food, and mess up on orders frequently. Don’t plan on going here before 6Am because the door will be locked and service will not be granted, Despite hours of operation beginning at 5Am. I have also noticed management frequently complains about employees to customers aswell. Overall this place leaves a bland taist in my mouth with its inability to be timky and organized.

Ordered two meals from Bojangles through drive-through on 4/3, chicken was cold and dry, french fries were cold and soft, had no large cups, had no so-called legendary, sweet tea, no apologies. No nothing. People were rude. Will never come here again. How the hell do they not have sweet tea, or fresh food at 7 o’clock in the evening? Ordered through the drive thru. The window was greasy. The worker handed us food but didn’t even speak to us. And of course didn’t even get a sauce we paid extra for. For this experience I’m good I’d rather just not go back

EDIT: drove back to ask for a new biscuit and chicken. 6:22PM. Was told it would be 20 minutes and to “go sit down”. I’d prefer to stand and not tossed in a corner, thanks. This is how they treat military families?

Every time I visit this location, something is always missing from my order. Today, I was the only car in the drive-thru, yet my biscuit was left out of the combo, I didn’t receive a straw for my drink, and when ordering a 3-piece tender combo, I only received two pieces. This has been a repeated issue, and the customer service has not improved despite the excuses given. I hope that on my next visit my order will finally be accurate, but at this point the experience has consistently been disappointing.

We had a catering order put through for a work event. The order was correct and packaged very nicely. The staff were quick to help me and ensure my order was correct, as well as making sure I had all the utensils, cream and sugar, and anything else that we needed. Everything was hot and fresh. Our staff enjoyed the breakfast!
