Why are ya’ll being stingy with the cheese?!?! I just got this 10 mins ago, and it is nothing but crust. Only reason I didn’t take it back cause my kid is hungry and it’s almost bedtime. They need to shut this LC down or hire better management. This is ridiculous. I have never had a good pizza from LC. I’m gonna take my business back to Domino’s.

Worse little caesar ever! I have order from here multiple times because unfortunately it’s the one closer to my house and my kids like little caesar! They have gotten my order wrong MULTIPLE times but this time they outdid themselves! Not only did they give me wrong more than one item from my order but also gave me burnt food! When I called to complain the manager told me I should’ve check my food better, so if you order from here make sure you open and take a bite of every single thing you order to make sure you are not getting burnt food and make sure you getting what you actually order, what you paid for!

Ordered two pies looked good but once one of the children bit into it she felt a string in her mouth and proceeded to pull a long strand of black hair out of mouth. The hair strand was melted in the cheese please be careful ordering from them!!! Attempted to call in to let them know but was told the manger is too busy to come to the phone

Order is always wrong. The manager attitude sucks and she will not replace or fix the issue. It’s basically take what we make and shut up. The manager is very combative. What the fail to realize is ppl work hard for the money and if the stuff wrong fix it. This was the final straw for me and I will be Contacting Corporate once again.. Shoutout to Victor, the definition of hustle and professionalism.

He was the only one working during my visit, and you’d never know it by how smoothly everything ran. He handled the drive-thru, front register, and cashier duties all at once, and still kept a great attitude and a smile on his face.

That kind of work ethic is rare these days, and it didn’t go unnoticed. As a restaurant owner myself, I know how hard it is to keep operations moving under pressure, and Victor did it like a pro.

This guy is the backbone every team needs. Give him his flower, he’s earned them.

Needed a quick bite to eat so I decided to go through the drive thru. I didn’t have to wait too long for my food and it was hot when I picked it up. The wings were surprisingly good. The last at the window was a pure joy. AWESOME customer service!~

If I could give negative numbers I would. This place is disgusting. The staff didn’t greet me when I pulled into the drive-thru but gave me a frowning gesture to give him the order info. He looked high. I told him I placed an online order and a lady bought a box immediately. I should have checked it before I left….burned on the edges, loaded with wayyyy too much pepperoni so that some pieces weren’t cooked. It was probably to cover up the rotten cheese they used because the taste was disgusting and left a terrible aftertaste. Now, I know this is Little Caesars and I’m not expecting top tier pizza but I do know what Little Caesars tastes like. I had to chuck the whole thing which I’ve never done. I’m pretty sure it wasn’t even my order and didn’t include my drink. Best part? Because it’s an online order they can’t do anything and I have to call corporate to get my money back.

Ordered on the app at 3:33 pm, expecting a pickup time of 3:47-3:52, per email. Arrived at the store at 3:50, and waited behind two cars. While waiting, I received the Pizza Ready email at 4:08. Got to the window at 4:09, only to have the young lady who opened the window say “Hold on, I’ll be with you in a minute”. Then we wait an additional five more minutes for another person, a young man, to tell me my order is not ready, even though I received notice that it was ready. He said it would be about seven more minutes. At 4:21, we received another Pizza Ready email, and one of the three people I saw inside came to the window to say “sorry for the wait, but it’s shift change”. She finally brought our pizza to the window at 4:35.

I opened the box prior to driving off and discovered it was not what was ordered. I ordered a custom round with half pepperoni, half extra cheese. I received a pizza covered in A LOT of pepperoni, no extra cheese, so I tell the young lady, that I did not order a full pepperoni pizza, and she proceeded to tell me that she just came on shift, and she did not know the order. So I ask “you don’t check the order on the computer and ensure that the pizza was made per order before handing to the customer.” No response. All this time, the other young lady who told me to hold on was just standing in the background watching. I believe my voice had gone up an octave or so at this time, and I asked how much longer it would be to get the correct pizza, and was told it would be about 8-10 minutes. I told them we had been in the drive-thru almost an hour and I declined to wait.

This was my first time at this location, as I typically go to the Wesley Chapel Road location, and have never experienced a problem. I consider this unacceptable and unprofessional in terms of customer service. I will definitely not be making this location a stop in the future.

After reading some other reviews here, I see the wait time is not an unusual occurrence, so if you are considering stopping here, don’t! I should have listened to my friend in the car with me who advised me not to stop because he had problems at this location several years ago (not the same people), but similar situation. If that’s the case, why on earth is this location still open??

The attached pictures show the pepperoni on top of pepperoni pizza that was given, like it was just dropped on the pizza in some spots, very inconsistently.

Horrible experience !!! That night their system got hacked and calling everyone she could think of was more important to the “manager” (term used loosely) than anything else. The professionalism is -100. No one has on a proper uniform or shoes…just crocs and slides. This neighborhood is one of my childhood homes and hood is all that applies !! After an hour, my order still wasn’t ready and customer service was a wish ! After being an assistant Manager for a pizza chain for 7 years, in my opinion, everyone needs retraining.
