I stopped in with my family for a bite to eat and the service was great. The cashier Kia was friendly and very pleasant. She smiled the entire time she took my family’s order and when she thought she made a mistake with my order she quickly caught my attention and fixed it right away. Our food came out quick and hot and overall we had a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be back when I’m visiting Sandusky!

11-2-2025 at 6:05ish pm Dairy Queen by cedar point order was a Oreo blizzard and choc brownie extreme. Most times I’ve been here workers are great but today the lady at the drive through speaker ruined the experience.
So I pulled in the store from the main road entrance to the drive through directly to the speaker instead of driving in a circle around the building just to “enter correctly “ because I figured it would be fine since there is no sign telling me not to also the cones they had ended before where I entered and clearly wide enough to fit a car between them. Anyway the lady clearly being a Karen worker continues to tell me to circle the store and enter it properly even tho no one else is there even though she could’ve just said hey next time we prefer you start from the beginning even if there’s no line please.
Just saying from a person that works in customer service I wouldn’t tell someone what she did me that’s how you lose business the man at the window was very nice tho, she could work on her customer service skills before next time it happens I ask for the manager or corporate for other problems I saw.

Came in at approximately 4pm, there were no cars in the drive thru and only 1 family of 4 already seated and eating. The lady taking our order (Natasha I believe her name is) was very rude. We ordered dine in; she walked up to our table with a frown and without a word started putting our food down in front of us very angrily. A family member asked for silverware and she huffed to retrieve it.
Literally just don’t go here. Our food was on burnt bread and the tables were all in need of wiping.
Save your money, I hope that staff member has a better day 🙂

I pull up and I can’t even go through the drive through because a worker is blocking the way, ok whatever I’ll just park and wait, the worker then walks to his car and continues to just look at me witch was very uncomfortable. Then I pull in the drive thru and place my order and pulled up to the window and it took a good 10 minutes before they gave me my food, normally it’s whatever I understand it takes time to make food but during those 10 minutes I realise they rung me up for sprite and not a Diet Coke witch I know I wasn’t the person to make that mistake because I never order sprite I’m a diabetic and can’t consume sugary drinks. I then get my food and I try to tell the lady at the window that this was supposed to be a Diet Coke but she just continued to say you’re welcome. After I leave I am the faced with another employee walking in the middle of the parking lot and did not move over until he got to the sidewalk by the street. Once I get home I open up the box to find 5 chicken strips with one of them being so small it should be classified as a nugget instead of the 6 I ordered. Normally it whatever sometime the person doing prep miss counted but the fact it took 10 minutes and no body that handled the food realised there was supposed to be 6 and not 4 1/2 in the box.

DONT EVER SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I came in and was unsure of what I wanted and when I politely asked for a minute the cashier rolled her eyes and walked away. Then when I was ready to order (took no more then 30 seconds to figure out what I wanted) she aggressively put down my order and was arguing with me. To top it off, my buddies burger was slammed onto the table. I am never ever spending money here again and I hope the cashier that took my order finds something that makes her happy.

I understand that we were there an hour before they close, and every one was ready to go home doesn’t mean to have bad service. (also i know the lady in front of us ordered almost every thing off the menu but still…) we only ordered 3 blizzards, 2 the same just different sizes and 1 mini. and all 3 blizzards were wrong
we already waited 40 minutes in the drive-through line just to get these blizzard we just left. very sad.

I never leave reviews because i don’t care but i experienced the worst service ever here so now here i am writing a review. first of all, the person at the register was genuinely just incompetent. then we waited over 30 minutes for a simple blizzard. we saw about 15 people get their ice cream and food before we got a simple little blizzard. there were multiple people experiencing the same issue. they honestly had no idea what they were doing and im sure if i walked back there i could figure it out before they did. i wish i could give 0 stars

Warning- I usually do more thorough reviews but this was such a bad experience I’m just going to describe it.
I got a blizzard from here on the way out of cedar point and it had very little toppings in it, and it wasn’t mixed. I’m saying the bottom 75% of the blizzard was just fanilla soft serve.
I drove back and showed the cashier that the blizzard had no toppings in it, and that it wasn’t mixed (still white, not red from the strawberries). She asked what I want her to do about it. I told her more toppings or a new one with normal toppings. She said they’re standard amounts, and after I pressed her she offered to get her manager.
The manager didn’t seem interested in dealing with me. I was the only customer and all the workers were staring at me. He ended up making another. It was probably 50% mixed up. I left it at that.
Will not go to this DQ, likely to take a break from all of these. Wish I would have gone to Culver’s.

Staff was not friendly, they made my Blizzard wrong (they did not add the extra toppings I requested, yet they charged me extra), they did not flip our Blizzards, had absolutely AWFUL customer service skills, and the lobby was absolutely disgusting. 0 stars if I could!
