The carhop told me my total was $5.96, so I paid with my card and added a $2.04 tip to round it to $8.00. He brought out both my app order and the cream slush, apologized for the wait (which wasn’t a big deal), but then told me my payment hadn’t gone through. I asked him to double-check because I didn’t want to be charged twice. He went back in, checked again, and said it still didn’t go through. He was new, so he brought out his manager, Annie, who assured me I wasn’t double charged.
Later, I checked my bank account and found three separate charges — $20 for the app order, $8 for the slush, and another $5.96 for the same thing. So unfortunately, I ended up getting charged extra even after double-checking with the staff. It makes me wonder how many times something like this has happened to other customers.
So, January 17 we give this place a 3rd try. We get ice cold cokes .. no problem there. The tater tots are COLD. WE DID GET AN EXTRA GRAVY, BUT THE CHICKEN WAS CHEWY AND COLD, THE ONION RINGS WERE OK, BUT FOR A LARGE, LETS MAYBE ADD A FEW MORE NEXT TIME PLEASE?
The lady who brought me the food was a sweet and caring person. I picked the food up for my boyfriend who had his phone and was too far away to check in. We got squared away. Our main problem is that we live half a mile away and our orders are never quite right but you still make fantastic drinks so we keep coming back. At this point, he would like a full refund. The cold chicken in both boxes, cold soft bread that surely could NOT BE TEXAS TOAST. HE was disgusted with how unexpected cold tots and chicken are. It would really make a better day for a man who loves shakes if y’all could message me and please help us understand why the orders are never correct. Thank you kindly.

A man on your property literally stood between my vehicle and two others staring is down in a very threatening way. I’ve never been scared away from sonic but I hope this is not how the man plans to acting. I felt so uncomfortable that I locked myself in the car and my windows there at sonic.
