I usually love sonic. I’m an avid user of the app and online ordering. But do NOT come here after 11am. The staff will only take your order or give you your online order if you go through the drive thru and it WILL be wrong. They won’t even give you the appropriate straw for your drink. Hard to enjoy a route 44 with a milkshake straw. Drinks will not be mixed either.

The kids running this place need supervision & direction.
Almost ll of the parking stalls had trash in them. I pushed the button & waited a full 15 minutes & nobody ever took my order. I went to the drive thru as they were clearly moving people thru (albeit slowly). I sat AT THE P/U WINDOW waiting another 15 minutes.
Burgers were sloppy &
Employees were walking around on their phones, hi-fiving & talking using the most vile language I’ve ever heard.
They need some help & SUPERVISION.
I’ll choose another location next time

I was assigned to pick up a delivery order from DoorDash, and I was met with the rudest staff and experience that I have ever dealt with in my entire life. When I pulled up to check in, I went to the door to speak with a member of the crew as directed by DoorDash. I was told to “wait outside“ in a very rude and sharp manner. I was not allowed to check in my order, and I was not met with the friendly service that I have grown accustomed to from the reputable Sonic’s brand. Disappointed isn’t the word, and I hate that one particular employee could possibly ruin an entire brand.

Sonic gives you that old feel which I love and appreciate! It has a sense of nostalgia but as far as the service it is absolutely nauseating because as a customer or delivery driver I have never received fast friendly service unless it’s day time because at night the workers do what they want. I wish I had a picture for proof but my mother in law were delivering together and actually witnessed 4 different employees come out and walk up to a car and were pouring alcohol in their sonic cups so maybe that’s why theres such a long wait time and your order is messed up ♀️

Don’t expect to receive service here. They prioritize drive thru, ignore mobile orders, and mark them as completed when they did not make or bring them to you — or anyone else. 30 minutes wasted. I’ll never go to this location again.

I haven’t been to a Sonic in years. I tried the new double-smasher cheeseburger. It’s two patties with a slice of cheese, crinkle-cut pickles, chopped onions, and a special sauce that resembles the Big Mac sauce at McDonald’s. The meat didn’t have any real flavor, no seasoning, and there were too many pickles on it. Nothing special to make me want another one. I ordered the ched-r peppers. They were very hot. When I bit into them, I either got burnt by the cheese or the jalapeño. The jalapeño was a little on the tough side, so I had a hard time getting a bite chewed off. I ordered a medium and five of these poppers were too many to fight with. They were out of ranch which might have cooled them down enough not to scald me. My friend ordered the garlic butter bacon cheeseburger. It’s a patty topped with creamy garlic butter, American cheese, crispy bacon, mayo, and grilled onions. She didn’t taste any garlic. So, nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Back to edit my review. My daughters and I went to Sonic Friday night. We could hear the person taking the order clearly. Order was brought out quickly and the woman who brought our food was very professional (I think she was likely a manager). Our order was right for the first time at this location. They even put the lime and cherry that everyone loves in the Diet Cherry Limeades.

My footlong tasted like a Vienna sausage, the cheese was horrible only thing that was good was the chilli and bread ! I asked for a diet limeade, I got a cherry limeade!! They didn’t give us our change like they were waiting to see if we wanted it… omg this location has gone downhill…… ugh !!!!
