Onlined order a Foot Long Sub. Got a call from the store shortly after ordering that they were out of bread. All types. A couple of weeks ago, they were out of flat bread and had to substitute. The employee offered a refund which she said could take up to a week to process. Come on Subway. You can do better than this!

Had only had wheat bread, only cheese available was pepper jack cheese, no orders more than 2 footlongs per person, only coke available in drink machine, not one booth was clean and a couple tables. To say this play is struggling is a major understatement. LACK OF MANAGEMENT!!! DOES THE OWNER EVER GO BY THERE? IF HE DOES HE SHOULD EAT BEFORE HE GOES.

I placed a mobile order, and they didn’t add all the items I selected for my sub. On top of that, the portions were extremely small. It’s pathetic that I can’t even rely on a mobile order anymore because they apparently don’t know how to make a sub the way it’s ordered unless someone is standing right in front of them telling them what to put on it. That’s honestly ridiculous if you can’t even make a simple sub correctly.

The food was excellent and fresh. We dined in, but I did have to clean our table and bench seats off myself but didn’t mind. Maybe they had been busy before we entered and hadn’t had the time to clean them.

Anyways, when we went in to pick up we sat down to eat and my sub was very cold. Felt like the steak hadn’t been heated up.
The employees remade the whole sandwich for me and gave us some drinks for waiting. We didn’t mind. They truly went above and beyond trying to make sure our visit went well. We will definitely be going back again. I wish I would have gotten the two girls names that was working.
Everything in the cases was fully stocked and restaurant was very clean.
Definitely 5 stars across the board.
