This Papa John’s location RARELY does me wrong. I live just barely outside the delivery zone of this location but the quality difference between “my” store and this one is astronomical. So when I want Papa John’s I intentionally order carryout from this location because it’s consistently well-made and ready quickly. Whatever they’re doing, please keep doing it!

Well I finally ordered Papa Johns and oh it was awful. The food was undercooked, greasy and just not able to be eaten, I picked at it we did not eat it. Unfortunately I took the drivers word for it that all sauces were in the box. They were not. We were missing 3 and because I come from a place that doesn’t have a Papa Johns i was so excited and when he said all sauces were there and I was finally able to try what the commercials show I ended up tipping him $40. I regret it. I will order one more time and see how it goes. I did call and yes they wanted to do something but we were just too tired at this point so that is why I’ll try again. Not saying not to order from here, it could be great. Just sharing my experience.

Have ordered it twice this time we got large pizza with a lot of toppings everything fresh and excellent and got chicken parmesan bites they were very good better than I expected don’t usually go for chains new 2 Port St John tried Domino’s it was not good this will be the only chain Pizza we ever get keep up the good work guys

We ordered a pizza, and there’s what looks to be a nail that was inside…. we called and asked to speak with the manager, and he told us no one had any fake nails and said it must be a hard piece of ham… and he said it couldn’t be a piece of plastic. Well, whatever it is, it’s not edible!! We got our refund, thankfully.

Late night pizza what a let down I order the NY STYLE CRISPY CUPPY ‘RONI pizza not what it looks like in the picture not what I was expecting to get it was a sad pizza ☹️ papa John’s not a fan of this cuppy’RONI and when the instructions for the driver say do not knock leave it by the door and he knocks and makes the dogs go crazy and wakes up my kids that have school the next day noo bueno no bueno !! Greatest pizza I had around my area way better than Domino’s or Pizza Hut I will definitely be coming back here You can’t beat that sauce that they add in there. Also I recommend that you get the special seasoning packets those things are awesome on pizza.

James went above and beyond with his phenomenal customer service; he even called me to verify I chose pick-up versus delivery since I have always chosen delivery in the past and he wanted to ensure I would receive my order! Most people go to work just clocking in and out not caring so I am beyond grateful when receiving excellent hospitality. Thanks again James! Pizza was yummy!!
