The ambiance was great!!! Food was amazing. The meats had flavor!!! The market place buffet could have been refilled with items that were low or did not have anything at all.

I rated a three star due to where we were seated which was down in front of the steps. Not great because every time someone walked in we felt a very cold breeze and was hard to enjoy our meal with the cold draft that came every 15 minutes it seemed. Not a great place to put a table honestly.

Overall the server whom was a women was great and service was exceptional!!!!

We had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Fogo de Chão! From the moment we sat down, the energy and hospitality were on point.

• The Salad Bar: Calling it a “salad bar” feels like an understatement. The Market Table is fresh, diverse, and packed with amazing options that could be a meal on their own.

• The Steaks: Every cut of meat brought to the table was seasoned to perfection and served exactly how we liked it. Truly delicious and melt-in-your-mouth quality.

• The Service: This is what really set the night apart. Zack and Porfirio went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had the best time possible.
If you’re looking for a spot with great vibes and even better food, this is it. We will definitely be back!

Went on Christmas Day! A really fun experience overall. There was about a 20 minute wait even after we had a reservation, but once we were seated we were welcomed warmly and everything flowed much better from there. They explain everything to you at the table, so no worries if it’s your first time!

The market table/buffet was fresh and well stocked. I loved the feijoada (must try!) The pão de queijo was addicting and the pineapple mint lemonade was very refreshing.

We tried the Branzino carved tableside + full churrasco!
Branzino was fresh and so flavorful! No fishy aftertaste at all and melts in your mouth. 10/10

The full churrasco is worth it if you’re going all in. The beef ribs were to die for. We enjoyed all of the cuts except for the lamb, it wasn’t our favorite.
For us, gauchos weren’t coming to our table as often as we would have liked, but after mentioning it to João, he completely saved the day!! Within seconds, we had multiple cuts of meat brought straight to our table including ones we hadn’t even tried yet. Thanks to him, we left completely satisfied.

We had such a great experience at Fogo de Chão thanks to Charm and Junio. Charm was very attentive, friendly, and always checking in. Junio was just as great, helping us take our food orders and guiding us through the payment process so smoothly. He also spoke Spanish, which helped us so much especially for our non-English speaking parents.

They both made us feel very well taken care of and truly elevated our whole dining experience. On top of that, we were pleasantly surprised with a free dessert, which was the perfect way to end the meal. Huge thanks to both of them, we’ll definitely be back!

We like it here. The food is great and the employees are nice. We brought family for the first time though and it was realllly disappointing. It took foreverrrr to get meat. We hardly had a selection of meats and requested chicken 4 times and got it once everyone had finished eating. It’s hit or miss. I wish meat service was consistent. Unfortunately, this is probably the 4th time this has happened. We’ve had probably 5 times where meat service was great. SO roughly 50/50 that you’ll have a great experience. Which is a bummer for the price. Again, the employees are super kind and we love the server in the pic. Shes funnyyyyy. And shes working hard. It seems like they need more people or more meat. Idk.

Everything at Fogo de Chão was so good and absolutely worth the price. The meats were perfectly cooked, the service was great, and the salad bar was surprisingly amazing veryyy fresh, high quality, and a meal on its own. Definitely a place I’d go back to. The customer service is was the best I’ve ever experienced everyone was very sweet. In particular Justin (mahi) was patient in describing everything and introducing us to new foods. And the bald older short lighter skinned male with the accent, he was very attentive and also patient with us while our table was waiting.

The atmosphere was absolutely amazing. They Seated us promptly and the place was clean, professional, and everyone was so kind! Our server O’dell was so professional and was very knowledgeable about everything we asked him. And above all the food was some of the best we have ever had! I would recommend Fogo de ciao to anyone and I am so excited to come back already!!

Table for 2 adults, ordered 2 full churrasco experience at lunchtime

12pm reservation on a Monday, the place was quite empty with only a few tables of churrasco. Service was good overall. Quiet atmosphere. Somewhat dim room.

Our gaucho(?) (server who carves the meat tableside) was the only one serving all the tables. She kept a lively place and I don’t recall seeing any chicken before I was full.

Plenty of beef, a couple rounds of lamb, and a pork option once. I ended on a filet. It was very tender and delicious.

The meat is quite salty with huge salt crystals if you get a crust piece. I started asking for inside pieces with a little less salt. Alternatively, you could gently scrap the salt off.

The market table was full of fresh fruit, cheese, salads, salami and prosciutto, salmon, greens and other side dishes.

On the table, we received a plate of mashed potatoes, polenta fries, grilled plantain, and little cheese rolls.

I wish we had a small plate for the newly carved meat so I wasn’t making a mess of meat juices over my salad and fruit on my main plate. I guess I could have asked, but I didn’t think of it until we were more than halfway full.

It was our first time visiting the Portland location. I would definitely try another location.

I had an amazing dinner at Fogo de Chão in Portland. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made everyone in our group feel comfortable and well taken care of.

The beef was outstanding—every cut was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The picanha and filet mignon were my favorites. The cocktails were also excellent, perfectly balanced and very enjoyable.

I celebrated my birthday here with family and friends, and it was truly a memorable experience. The warm atmosphere, delicious food, and great service made everything feel just right. I would definitely come back and highly recommend Fogo de Chão for special occasions.

Took my partner here because that’s what he wanted for his birthday. We both work at a steakhouse downtown- so we were excited not to be cooking for once. We got there at 7 when our reservation was made for and didn’t get sat for another 15-20 minutes whatever it was busy. But then the rest of the night it felt like our server was rushing us. I think all told we were there for 45 minutes. His name was Zachary and asked us like 5 or 6 times if we had looked at the dessert menu. Made me feel like I was being rushed out of there. Made me feel pretty unwelcome. Food was awesome and server was attentive I’ll give him that. The roasted bone marrow is great.
