They microwaved the pork chop on my biscuit instead of grilling it and forgot the cheese. It was early morning and the store was empty, i don’t understand why they did this; they weren’t busy. The microwave made it rubbery and nasty. They probably cut corners other places as well but this issue has helped me make the decision to not eat here anymore. It’s already unhealthy and the fact that it doesn’t taste good solidifies my decision.

Parking lot was a sheet of ics, do I opted for drive thru. Ordered 3 PC and only received 2 PC, but charged for 3 PC. Food was hot and good.

This place seriously needs management. Its Saturday morning, I understand it’s busy. The drive thur line was wrapped around the building. Apparently they had 2 large orders. I went inside and no one was in line. I walked right up but they ignored me for 15 minutes. By the time they took my order, there were 8 people in line behind me. I wanted to warn them, but I didn’t. After ordering, I still stood there waiting another 8 minutes for my sausage biscuit combo. When the girl brought my food over, she had my wrapped up biscuit and hash rounds in her hands and opened a bag and threw in upside down. Not to mention, NO GLOVES!! Her finger was literally touching one of the hash rounds, which I chose not to eat them at all. I figured it would not do any good to complain in the store because they were all wound up. It would have led to me getting cussed out. Its such a shame because this is a newer store and I love Bojangles. I just wish the company would be accountable and put someone in there that is trained to handle it. The young girl with no gloves, was obviously taught she didn’t need to worry about wearing gloves. The manager was overwhelmed. Ill try them again in a few months and see how it is.

When I walked in, they were not busy and I ordered right away.
I ordered a three-piece meal with rice and a biscuit. The chicken was hot and crispy and had a nice spiciness to the seasonings. Although the breading was a little bit thick it was still good. And the red beans and rice side was also really flavorful but a little bit small.

Worst bo experience and food I’ve ever experienced. Drive thru cashier with the septum piercing has a bad attitude!! Short and rude, food was not hot, cajun fries had no seasoning and were stale. 4 piece supremes looked like 2 that were cut in half. Ridiculous, last time I come to this one just go 10 minutes up the road to the other location.

first, I went to the lobby door to order my food lobby doors are locked. No sign saying lobby is closed. no problem went to the drive-thru ordered my food fries and cinnamon twist was hard and old. I went back to the drive-thru again and got the same old fries that I got first time. Moral of the story is do not go to this Bojangles.

I order 3 chicken wings and Mac and cheese. The wings were so tiny. I’ve never seen chicken wings so small! The Mac and cheese was bland and cold. Waste of money because the food wasn’t good at all!

After waiting in the drive through line for 20 minutes because they dont want to tell anyone to pull around because they dont want to come out to bring anybody food to them because its drizzling, I finally get to the window and the young girl said they out of biscuits its a 10 minute wait, I said I been in line for 20 minutes, 10 alone behind the car that was infront of me sitting at the window. She didn’t apologize she said I understand that but we just ran out. Went to chic Fila who was actually outside taking orders, I was on my way home within 3 minutes of ordering and it was 2 lines there. Not only did chic fila had biscuits (it is breakfast after all) their chicken egg and cheese biscuits are $3 cheaper. Bo jangles i wont be back, your employees are too worried about getting their hair wet and selling food you dont have available
