Pretty expensive for the size but pretty good. The sliders seem like a better deal, but no meatless option. $9 for a burger without fries is a lot! Then they want to charge you for sauce but have the sauces out. $2 up charge to go meatless. Place is kind of run down. Woman’s bathroom didn’t have soap and had tp on the ground. Men’s was dirty and the floor was all cracked up.

I pulled into the drive-through and I said I want an atomic burger keep in mind they have an atomic burger, Swiss burger and a jam burger different things like that. She replied OK do you want the atomic burger the jam burger or the Swiss burger? I said I want the atomic burger please then she said do you want it fully dressed? I said yes but can I just get mayonnaise and mustard instead of the a&b sauce and I want to add bacon also,
she said yes that’s fine. I then asked can in have some ketchup too, she said yes-I pull forward. She gives me my order. I look inside. There’s no ketchup no big deal. I wait I asked. She gives me some. I then drive home open my food and it’s just meat, cheese and mayo/mustard. I tried to call repeatedly so to ask for a refund without driving all the way back there but they don’t answer. I drive all the way back and no one is in line just like when I was there earlier and there is like 1 car in the parking lot. Lady comes back on the speaker and says hello what can I get you l, I say I just came earlier and my order was wrong and how it was wrong and I would either like a refund or my order fixed and a refund since I had to drive all the way back since I could t get through on the phone, she says we’ll refund it but we aren’t doing both rudely, I go to the window and wait like 5 mins…..
She opens the window and says refunded and btw i listened to the order and I can see where she might’ve thought you just wanted mayo and mustard rudely again. I said I also asked for ketchup and did t get any which isn’t a big deal but kinda shows maybe didn’t listen well because when I asked for ketchup the first time she said sure then didn’t give me any, she then interrupted and me and said ok we refunded you what is there to talk about, I said I’m not trying to be rude to you guys I’m just saying (interupts me again) it was a mistake so what else do you want sir, I tried to speak again and said I’m just saying if a customer has to drive all the way back here because of this (interupts me again and says we ain’t got nothin else to talk about) I then say are you just not going to let me speak- she says no you’ve said a lot and you got attitude (which I didn’t) and shuts the window and walks off. This lady was named Crystal and she said she was the manager. I’ve been here a lot of times but won’t be back.

I really enjoyed their burgers and all the different variations available! Fries are crispy. Some will say it is a little pricey, but it is totally worth it, would come back for sure!

This is grand opening week and the food is subpar! I was car #11 in line, and yet my fries were lukewarm, mixed with greasy extra salty fries. I ordered no cheese and was given a cheeseburger. The bread was soggy. I like lettuce and tomatoes on my burger. This cocnept sucks.
