I ordered burritos with extra chilli and cheese specifically made sure when placing my order that I was clear about it and got no chilli at all on all 5 burritos just beans and cheese. This is crazy you pay extra for the cheese and chill. I spent 34$ on this meal for me and my kids is like theft. Don’t go here they can’t get your order correct and the food was cold cheese isn’t even melted in the burrito and the manager has an awful attitude.

I placed on order online for several of the boxes, plus additional items. After checking, I realized I was missing an entire box! So, I went back to the drive through and got what I was missing. By this time, I also realized I need a couple more boxes. So, I placed another online order. I went to the drive through the third time. Each time, the cashier was just awesome. He was patient, very sweet and joking around with me. Even my children said he was being amazing. I did not get his name, unfortunately, but, told his manager about him. The manager was also great! We will definitely be back real soon!
I’m very choosy about what fast food restaurant I go to, because it’s not very healthy. But, we enjoyed the party box items and the employee and manager made it a great visit!

27 minutes in the drive thru for 2 party burritos and a taco salad. This is an absolutely insane amount of time for such a small order. Management REALLY needs to rethink staffing during peak hours.

Horrible service. Me another car were waiting in line. No one ever came to the speaker. I drove to the window. You could see the workers in their laughing. No one came to the window, either me, and the car behind me. Finally drove off.

My order was pretty simple.
• bean burrito – only beans and cheese
• crispy beef taco – no tomatoes
• chips and cheese
• medium drink
And this is what I got home with…
• bean burrito… with chili sauce
• crispy beef taco with only beef & greasy, squished grated cheese… where’s the lettuce?!
• cheese………. no chips. what the heck?
• THE DRINK WAS CORRECT! Hallelujah.
I was the only one in line in the drive-thru. It didn’t appear there were any patrons inside the business, so I know the employee wasn’t busy. As I pulled up to the window, the employee had to confirm my order (which would usually be absolutely great)… except she told me she had to make sure of what I actually ordered because she was trying to make my order as I was ordering it. So instead of just paying attention and inputting my order in the computer, then making it, she tried to “save time” by doing it as I was ordering. Then got the entire order COMPLETELY WRONG.
Y’all, please stop being lazy and taking short cuts. My goodness.

My husband ordered the “big freaking quesadilla” and pictured below is what he got. Seriously barely any chicken and so thin. All of our tacos also were only half filled. The cashier also looked miserable and acted like we were annoying her by being there. Will not be back to this location ever again. Now I know why it was empty.

I want to compliment the lady at the front end. She is a workhorse. She was the only one working the front and the drive-thru. She was running all over back and forth. Great job. (She’s the lady in the picture filling the ice bucket. ) There were 3 ladies in the back, 2 were working, one the whole time, and one was on her phone most of the time (as seen in the pic). The man spent the first half of my visit standing in the back talking to the 3 ladies while they worked, then was on his phone the rest of the time, with gloves that he later used to serve food. He stepped up front to help one customer, then disappeared leaving the 2nd customer in line waiting. The front-end lady promptly took care of the customer(in between the busy drive-thru) when she realized he had left. Someone needs to recognize the front-end lady!!! She was walking with a limp and had a wrist brace on, but was killing it in the Customer service department!! As for the others…. 🙁
