This is the most disappointing Wendy’s meal ever. Chicken patty and hamburger patty were so hard and old, baked potatoes were so old that colors were different. Fries tasted like they fried it several hours ago. The freshest food was the frosty…. Also, disappointing service at restaurant too. Very disappointing.

Don’t go when it’s even an hour before close. Got the spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken was so over cooked it had the texture of rubber. Almost immediately gagged when i bit into it. I was hungry and exhausted after the birth of my kid at Emory John’s creek and just wanted a decent meal but i had no energy what so ever to drive back and even correct this mess. Sitting here eating the 3 times fried fries, do better

I’m on the fence about the cleanliness at this location but it was at least average. The chicken nuggets were exceptional and the Son of a Baconator or whatever it’s called, was a decent bacon cheeseburger. They has one of the new Coke machines with a gigantic selection of drinks. Overall, a good place!

I’ve never had a problem with this location until today & I will never be back!!!! I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with no tomato & when I got back to work, I bit into it & it was hard as a rock as if it was still frozen. I tried calling the store but WHOEVER answered the phone just laid it down & didn’t come back to the phone. I will be in contact with the corporate office as this is ridiculous

Very clean and friendly Wendy’s hamburgers. Wi-Fi + plugins are available as well as Coke mix machines to customize your soda. Food was fast and hot and juicy. Well run restaurant in Friendly staff.

i don’t think i’ve ever left a google review for any restaurant (like ever). if you live in john’s creek, go to the wendy’s by the collection. no matter how hungry you think you are, this establishment doesn’t deserve your business. you’re honestly better hitting up the mcdonald’s across the street (yeah, THAT mcdonald’s)
i’ve stopped here semi-frequently for breakfast and once for lunch over the past few months. i don’t think i’ve had an order without an issue, ranging from:
incorrect order (at the very least) to straight up missing sandwiches.
i got breakfast here this morning and ordered a honey butter chicken biscuit. the image speaks for itself.
go somewhere else.

Attention Wendy’s Corporate office.
This is a serious message for you. I went to this Wendy’s location today. I had the worst customer service with Carlos.
I seems that this location is under staffed however you can’t try and run a food service with 2 employees running front counter and drive -tru together. Thats just ridiculous at 11:30am.
Please take a HARD look at the customer reviews that is posted concerning this location and make some changes fast.
This location has VERY RUDE employees and cares nothing about the community in this area they serve. The next time he call 911, it should be a serious matter not a customer complaint!!
