I normally do not buy at Starbucks because they are so much more expensive than other coffee shops. Today still did not make me a regular customer.
I ordered a grande iced caramel latte with almond milk and vanilla cold foam. I was told someone will be with me soon, from the very beginning of my drive thru experience until I actually had my drink in my hand was exactly 12 mins.
Then the clerk puts the card scanner out the window never acknowledged me. I did give the lowest tip. But this drink cost me $7.88 + $1 for tip .($8.88)
I then get my drink, very excited that it should be worth all this but it was terrible. It was very watery, no espresso and did not taste like caramel at all. I did not have time to go into shop because of an appointment that I was already running late because who would have thought it would take 12 mins to get an iced latte!
I was going to try them because I thought maybe I had a bad experience but this cemented it!!!

I usually mobile order from this Starbucks and unfortunately my experience has been consistently disappointing. My orders are almost never ready anywhere near the pickup time listed in the app — “ready by” seems to mean “we might start thinking about it around this time.”
The service inside and at the drive-thru is also very slow, and staff often seem more focused on chatting with each other than on the orders they’re making. Today, my order was made incorrectly even after I clearly stated my customizations at the speaker — only about half of them were actually included.
I understand that it gets busy, but this has been a repeated issue over multiple visits. It’s frustrating to rely on mobile ordering for convenience when the timing and accuracy are consistently off. I really hope to see some improvements in speed and attention to detail.

Long wait for walk-ins here. Team focused on drive through most of time while almost avoiding eye contact with people standing in line in store. And definitely didn’t do any of the “writing on cup” stuff that corporate has been pushing. Still the best coffee in town though.

The staff are always friendly. I don’t understand the complaints here about wait time and get mad for being late to work. That sounds like a personal problem and not the staffs’. They do their very best to make your complicated drinks.

Oh my goodness the people behind the counter were so nice and the service was speedy and as always consistently Starbucks flavor and taste. However the interior of the Starbucks is not conducive to sitting and hanging out in a coffee shop. The location is given to extreme amount of drive-thru so I can understand the setup. All that said the staff was so friendly it made up for any discomfort in the restaurant.

SLOW AND WONT MAKE YOUR ORDER. I wish there was a different one anywhere near my job because nearly everytime I try to get coffee on my way to work they take so long I’m nearly late even if I order 30min ahead they wont make it until I’m there asking for it. I saw the girl today put my sticker aside and skip my order then keep making other drinks instead. I just wanted coffee before work and now I’m upset and I have to work without caffeine

I waited inside for a DoorDash order not even my own order but I waited for 15 minutes from 8:50am this morning to 9:05… there was nobody in the drive through and I was the only one waiting for food inside and three workers! But instead of making my drink I needed to leave with they wanted to be chit chatting through the headphone things and ‘clean’ the same thing like three times

The dumbest thing these fast food places could add was mobile ordering!! Been waiting 30 minutes so far when the app said 15 minutes. Still no drinks! Didn’t even order food. Easier to accept if the time given was accurate. More than double the time so far!

Would give 0/5. I don’t usually leave feedback, however, this time I wanted to since I have had multiple poor experiences at this store. I usually go to the Target Starbucks, since it is by far the better choice, however, they were doing renovations last time I went.
Every time I come to this location something is wrong in my order. I just sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. I sat at the order window for 7 minutes without anyone even saying hello, then just ordered on the app instead. No one said anything until I finally said “hello?” to tell them I had a mobile order. The last time I ordered here I sat here for 24 minutes just to have them make one of my drinks completely wrong. Asked for a refresher with extra inclusions and lemonade, got barely any inclusions and they made it with water. I had waited so long I didn’t want to change it and wasted $6.50 on a drink I didn’t like. As someone who used to work at Starbucks this would have been absolutely unacceptable in my store.

I came here for a quick drink before work. Turns out i had to wait THIRTY MINUTES for ONE DRINK. And once i got to work for being late twice in a week. Ridiculous.
