I came here yesterday and placed my order. I waited, and my order came nicely packed from Sonic. Since I didn’t expect any issues and I trusted the place, I didn’t even open the package and went straight home. When I opened it to eat, I was shocked and very disappointed. All the fries were burnt, and the onions inside were completely raw. This experience truly upset me, and I was even more disappointed about the money I spent. I thought to myself, I wish I had given that money to a homeless person instead. I made a promise to myself that I will never order from Sonic again, and I will be sharing my experience with my friends and everyone around me.

Note: Some people might wonder why I didn’t take it back, but it was very late, and I didn’t want to go out again.

We used to go to this one a couple times a month. Service and food quality was off and on depending on the crew. We haven’t been back since before the remodel. Went today and it started with the ‘is that it’ after everything you say. The touch screen didn’t respond to the payment type or when I tried to tip. So when we got home and the order was wrong (correct on the receipt) and the food was cold. I only live 1.25 miles and 4 minutes away. I should have checked the order but you think it’d be right. Should have know better. In the past I would have brought it back, but with the youth these days there’s no telling what they’d do to your food because you brought it back because their mistake. So instead, we just won’t go back there for a few years if ever. This is why we almost always go to Lumberton for fast food.

I purchased a #1. The mash burger was dry. The groovy fries was a little to salty an a route 44 sweet tea which I’m glad I hadn’t left yet. They gave me a route 44 unsweet tea. WOW! The whole ordeal was not good.

Drove through the drive through and waited for 10 minutes and at no point did anyone come on the intercom to say a word. Pulled into a stall to try to order and waited another 10 minutes after pressing the button with still zero communication. There were maybe 3 cars in the whole place so it wasnt super busy. Ended up leaving. Do not recommend.

Ordered on the app, scheduled pick up at 9,37pm so I get there and go to drive thru speaker but nobody ever came thru the speaker. After like 3 minutes of hello-hello-hello ended up backing up and entering a stall parked next to a ford explorer(don’t know how long they were there before me) anyways so i pressed the red button once so the message displayed on screen RED BUTTON ACTIVATED BLA-BLA-BLA felt like I waited there for every that the message even timed out, pressed the button a second time and same thing happened it timed out, I thought about leaving but I had waited there so long I wasn’t gonna give up and I was hungry too( by then its past 9.50pm) i could have left but I had my 3 year old girl that I had promised her an ice cream , pressed the button a third time and same again by then I am had convinced by girl to go to a gas station because I had to refuel and just get her an ice cream or candy from there instead, so Ias I started to back out of the stall wait someone started to talk thru the stall speaker so I pulled forward and told them I was picking up( kept it cool) . It didn’t really take long after talking to her, maybe 1-2 minutes. Something that I noticed in those two minutes was that the lady on the explorer was just starting to place her order. I left and I drove home while eating my cold food and melted down ice cream(it was melted down so bad that the cup was 3/4 full by then) waited for over 25 minutes for that, thanks Sonic.

I came at 9 pm to get a chocolate brownie blast, and I guess because I didn’t tip on the credit card I got a fork to eat it with. The lady practically chunked it at me. I asked for a napkin and was going to give her the $2 cash in my car but she walked away and acted like she didn’t hear me. Very bad customer service.

If I can give zero stars I would most definitely.
I ordered a blue coconut slush and a #1 just the burger. I haven’t been to sonic and this day showed me why. I noticed my drink ordered stated ocean water(soda and flavor) in which i don’t drink soda main reason I stated blue coconut SLUSH. NOT only I explained to the server that really wasn’t a problem but the manager came to my car and stated “I’m costing him money” because I didn’t state my order correctly and for me to pay attention.

I don’t care about your issues on the job or at home you never bring your issues to a customer nor keep your business at home.

I was very clear about my order and I completely wanted my money back the burger was awful so bad my son didn’t even want it. I will never go back to a sonic drive in management is very rude and I still have the burger sitting on the table that they can have.

I want my money back!!
