This is a great location. Easy to find. Google maps takes you right here. It smelled so fresh and clean walking in….things going on… prep n such… greeted me promptly and politely, but, professional as well. Thank you for the great service. Hope to stop in this area and explore… I’ll need a sandwich for that.

Im Allergic to onions and told the women named lexi that I was and gave me an attitude and dirty looks and said they have to clean the area before if I am allergic to onions with an attitude as like I was just saying it very horrible experience at this one and will never come back to this place and on top of that we ate inside and tables are dirty and not a single napkin in the sitting areas

Got a flatbread hotshot Italiano. Bread was super flat, maybe half the thickness I’ve been use to with flatbread from subway. Also, there was a lot of dead space in it as well, meaning, it seemed like there was half the meat in it there should’ve been and when you opened up the sandwich, it was maybe 2/3 full of contents. Asked for normal amount of olives and got maybe 10 total. Ordered 3 raspberry cheesecake cookies (which were amazing and soft) and 1 chocolate chip but received 4 raspberry cheesecake and no chocolate chip.

My last few visits to Subway restaurants have been dismal to say the least. I am a car hauler and was making a delivery behind this location when I decided to give it another shot. They were very busy with multiple cars in the parking lot and several in line to order. Amy and Alexis still took the time to look up and greet me as I walked through the door. Alexis began my order and was able to answer my questions that I had about the menu. She then moved my sub down the line to Amy, who I could see was the manager. She was smiling and laughing with Alexis, as a former manager, I know during busy moments a little bit of humor goes a long way with your employees. You could tell this was the case with Alexis who continued prepping online orders, all with a smile on her face. Full dining room, full sub line, and more people walking through the door, this duo handle it all flawlessly. Subway should be proud to have these two representing this location. They single-handedly brought me back in as a subway fan. Great job ladies!

Typical subway atmosphere, but great staff. Stopped in the other day at dinner time. They were slammed and only 1 kid was working. He did an absolutely amazing job handling customers waiting and getting internet orders done. Totally impressed, I don’t think I would’ve handled it anywhere as well as he did.

Subway has always been my favorite sub shop since it franchised many, many years ago. The fresh ingredients and breads are what keeps me coming back, but not all Subways share the same standards. I must confess, in the local area, I find that this location has the greatest customer service, veggies, breads, and condiments. The environment is always clean, and the food always delicious. My favorite subs have always been created to mobile request or face to face ordering.

Rt 11 Subway is the best Subway in Watertown. I really appreciate how fresh they keep the food bins. Only fresh veggies. Never waterlogged, never wilted/soggy/dried out.
And how clean the work area is. They make sure that countertop is wiped. Not a crumb. Never seen even one used glove tossed on the floor- even when it’s rush hour. Always looks like they just opened for the day.
This is the Subway that is serious regarding sanitation and hygiene and freshness. If you’ve ever been to the Subway inside the Byrne Dairy on Coffeen Street, you know the difference.

I was not happy today. Ordered a roasted chicken chopped salad with sweet onion. They didn’t put enough spinach in it so the added more to it after the salad was chopped. They put way too much sweet onion on it. Had to throw half if it out because it was soggy salad. Then to top it off my cookie was undercooked. Only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of one is dye to your very friendly staff.
