We’ve visited this bakery a few times before and have always enjoyed the food, particularly the pepperoni panini and the baked goods. Today, we came back with high expectations, ordering a box of baked goods and the pepperoni panini we’ve come to love. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what we hoped for, mainly due to the service and a few disappointing issues.

First, we learned that the bakery is only open once a week right now, which we understand due to the need to conserve energy in the heat. However, it’s still puzzling how they could run out of such a key ingredient, especially considering they’re only open once a week. When we went to order the pepperoni panini, we were told they were completely out of pepperoni. While we were okay with this and decided to try something else, it was frustrating that there seemed to be no attention to their stock levels.

We ended up ordering three 3-cheese pesto paninis instead. Throughout the ordering process, the staff (two girls) didn’t seem particularly friendly or engaged. They weren’t rude, but their attitude was far from warm or welcoming. Adding to the frustration, we were told that their system was down and they were only accepting cash or taking down your info manually. While I understand that tech issues happen, it added to the overall inconvenience.

When our paninis were ready, one of the girls handed them over with a “Have a good one,” but there was no genuine warmth or acknowledgment. She smiled and laughed as she walked away, but we were left unsure what was so funny given the situation.

Now, to the food: The paninis, which are listed as having three cheeses (cheddar/mozzarella/pepper jack per their menu on door dash), were disappointing. Our three 3-cheese pesto paninis appeared to only contain cheddar and had very little melted cheese at all. For $10 each, I expect the panini to be made as advertised with three cheeses and properly melted. I even took a photo to show the lack of melted cheese and the overall lack of variety in the cheese selection and just cheddar as the option. Literally the photo below is the panini with one singular type of cheese and no sight of what should be clear as day pepper jack and mozzarella. Honestly, it’s the fact this is being charged at like $10 a panini is ridiculous and I’m not getting what is advertised. If they could let me know there’s no pepperoni then why not let me know there’s not everything for this panini either so we can at that point not bother with it.

Overall, the experience was a letdown. For a place that’s only open once a week right now, it’s surprising to see so many areas lacking attention from inventory management to service and the quality of the food not matching what’s advertised. I can’t recommend this bakery to others when there are plenty of other places that clearly take more pride in their products and provide a more welcoming atmosphere. Sadly, we won’t be returning anytime soon.

This is the Best bakery in the world!!! I have tried places in France, Italy and this place is by far the best, everything I’ve tried is delicious, freshly baked every morning. My favorites are the cinnamon rolls , butter croissants, and spinach feta rolls but they have a great selection to choose from.

Seriously quite possibly the best croissant I have ever had. Unfortunately they were out of coffee and matcha, which is disappointing for a bakery/coffee shop (and a silly loss of revenue for a business), as well as some other staple bakery items at 8.30. They open at 8am…I would expect them to be low on inventory at 11, but come on, if you sell out that early, make more! I hope they are able to stay in business because the food is outstanding.

Stopped by as soon as they open and picked up pastries and macarons. They had plenty of options and everything was super fresh. They had an impressive pastry crunch. So good.

Update: food still delicious.

Food is fantastic. Normally won’t eat anything without meat, but this spinach and feta panini (with roasted veggies and pesto) is delicious! My kids LOVE the macaroons too. We always leave with so much (as you can see). The brownie and croissant are decadent and the strawberries and cream crepes were practically inhaled lol

An authentic French croissanterie right down the street. How lucky we locals are and if you’re passing through in the morning (Wed-Sat) don’t miss this place! Thank you chef for the amazing, delicate, pain aux raisin delights!

Great little spot for tasty treats or lunch on the go. Delicious paninis, cookies and croissants. All orders are “to go” as space is limited. Customer service is fantastic. They also cater!

food is great even though it’s a small place. always greets with a smile. love the soft and chewy brownies, paninis, and the macaroons. the macaroons are the smaller ones but I love the harder shell and soft inside to the fillings. my favorites are the pistachio and raspberry. always enjoy going there! a must stop for me everytime I’m in that area. mel also threw in a chocolate dessert- loved it. the strawberry and cream crossiant/ pastry is also real good.

Visited a few months ago and loved the crepes. They are surprisingly filling. Super friendly staff and not usually busy. They make all of the food fresh after you order it, so it does take a little while.
