If I could give it zero stars I would, have no clue what the beef is or why every time I order, they get my order royally wrong. Gave it three chances. Missed my bacon three times, didn’t give me the sauces I asked for. No clue how they can mess up an online order three different times when it’s printed in their face.

Wouldn’t even give it a 1 star if I didn’t have to. Service was literally the worst.
They asked me three times if I wanted it toasted…I said yes every time. We asked for lettuce and tomatoes, no onions..they still attempted to add onions and we had to stop him.. &the kid looked at us sideways when we said ‘no’ very suddenly. My boyfriend asked for more parmesan cheese and he literally looked him in the face and continued to close his sandwich.
That boy had a super nasty attitude and the other boy had long hair that desperately needed to be pulled back or netted up. Disturbing.
Plus…check the picture attached..when my boyfriend opened his sandwich at home, it looked like that kid jabbed his fingers into it. Wouldn’t doubt it.
First and Last time we’ll ever go there, period.

I normally wouldn’t leave a review—I’m an easy customer. I place my order through the app and pick up my food. However, this is the second time I’ve received bad service, so I won’t be going back.

The first incident was on February 3rd. The guy making my sandwich sloppily threw everything together and had an attitude. He basically coughed on my sandwich three times, left two whole inches of the sandwich with no filling, and didn’t even cut it all the way through.

Today, on February 5th, I placed my order at 9:06 PM, 50 minutes before closing. I arrived at 9:12 PM, as my order is simple to make. When I got there, the lady had already locked the door, and she was yelling at a man inside who seemed to be a friend of hers. She told me she couldn’t add vegetables to my order and that her register was down, so she couldn’t issue a refund. She asked if I just wanted the sandwich with turkey and bread. I requested a refund, but she said she could only process it tomorrow. The entire time she was rude about it and seemingly closing for her own personal reasons one whole hour they close.

Try the subway across the street at Walmart the staff there is way more friendly, presentable and clean.

Not even a 1 star. If I could leave a zero I would. I called and placed a order at 637. I have the phone call log. My husband goes to pick it up. They tell him we don’t have a order at all. So I’ve called over 10 times to see what happened to my order but no one will answer the phone now. Must be kids in there working.

I ordered a sandwich through the drive thru, and I told her my sandwich order SLOWLY. i asked her if i needed to repeat myself and she said she got the order. It took this lady 20 minutes to make a sandwich and there was no one in there. I get home, and the sandwich had only TUNA and MUSTARD sprayed everywhere. i asked for a turkey sandwich with veggies…

0 stars. Placed an online order. Came in and was told simply “no” when I gave my name to pick up. They didn’t even know their address and apparently never got my online order even though it was confirmed online. Showed the receipt on my phone, to which the worker took my phone to start making the sandwiches. I asked for my phone back and was told “no I’m not gonna write it down when I have your phone right here?” I said I would leave and come back in a few minutes to get my order, and had to basically force the worker to give me my phone back. Come back and pick up the order, the worker said “let me see your phone again and give me your phone number in case anything is wrong with the sandwiches.” I said, “they’re not what I ordered???” The other worker assured me it was. I refused to give them my phone again and just took the loss and went home. Of course the sandwiches were nothing like what we ordered. I have no idea what is wrong with these workers but I don’t recommend ever going here. Ive learned my lesson, and would rather go into Walmart to that subway instead. 0 stars. Amazingly incompetent.

I stopped at this restaurant on my way to Houston. The older gentlemen working there was nice, but the older lady was very very rude. My daughter ordered a sandwich and she just threw the meat and veggies on her sandwich. My daughter and I will never stop there again. BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Everytime I go there I regret it. The service is horrible and it’s different employees giving the bad not just that One bad egg most places have. Its messy and when I see flies I just leave. The location is convenient so I keep giving them another chance but I’m truly not going back there this time.. I will just drive the extra 7 miles out of my way to the subway on ruth street. Ruth street subway is always clean, friendly, fresh and professional and with the drive.
