Not rating atmosphere since small takeout place, although front patio has couple tables with small view of SF Bay. This is our favorite Friday night pizza ! Call and order ahead and pick it up 30 min later on busy night. Always ready, always good. Great gluten free pizza, plain cheese and Hawaiian regulars are great!

I do enjoy the pizza but after this afternoon I will not be eating here again. My wife and kids decided they wanted to get a slice after we picked up my daughter from school. My wife called in as a courtesy a few min before we would arrive to check if they had the type of slices we wanted as they often don’t have slices of Hawaiian, which is fine.no problem waiting. However the employee on the phone got quite rude with my wife saying that they don’t take slice orders over the phone. And that they had all the slices. I’m a way that felt like we were inconveniencing him. So when we arrived my daughter and I went in to pick up the slices we wanted and surprise they were short one pepperoni…? I said that was fine and paid then asked if they now understood why my wife had called. I mean I’m sure they were busy with not one customer in the store and three employees doing absolutely nothing. At that point the “manager” came over to me and kept yelling in my ear that the pizza cook was in the bathroom and I had to wait for him to make another pizza. I calmly reminded him that this is why we had called in to see if they had slices and he kept talking over me saying the “cooker”was in the bathroom and they couldn’t have done anything anyway. Why does the manager not know how to make pepperoni pizza?

If I could rate the service -1 stars I would. I asked for one slice of Hawaiian pizza and one slice of cheese pizza. The worker turned around and mumbled something, I didn’t hear him so I didn’t respond and paid for my pizza. Right after I paid he turned around holding four slices of pizza. I told him I only wanted two but he just told me that I ordered four slices and they don’t have refunds even when I asked for one. That is a cheap move considering I am a 13 year old. Overall a very bad experience and I don’t recommend this place

Stefano came through with a beautiful the works pizza w one side added pineapple for my buddy! The website said they would close at 930pm and it was 8:42 pm when I called and a young man said they close at 9pm tonight so I was delighted for them to go ahead a make that delicious pizza on top of making a pizza so close to closing the pizza was fresh, hot and the crust was delightful with the right crispy and the sauce flavorful and aromatic!

This place has been here for YEARS and it’s always been wonderful! If you’re the type who likes to just get a single or a couple slices of a specific pizza, this is that type of pizzeria and it’s frankly one of the best in Marin. Yeah everyone says the west coast can’t do pizza very well compared to NYC or Chicago but I’d say at least give this place a fair try before you judge!
