Ordered for takeout through doordash. Completely unhappy pizza experience. I ordered what is on the specialty pizza menu, “Pepperoni Pile-up” pizza, and a total order worth $49. It is supposed to have pepperoni both above and below the cheese and extra cheese. Not sure what happened but as you can see maybe 2-3 pieces of pepperoni on top of the cheese and below, sparce as well. I would think every bite should have pepperoni but i had 3 pieces of it that had literally 2 -2 1/2 slices of pepperoni per slice. Extra cheese was non existent. I am not one to complain about food but this is just not as advertised. I called the shop after returning home and noticed, I kid you not that it was hard to tell the diference between the plain cheese and pepperoni pile up pizzas, when i opened the boxes. While on the phone, the person I spoke with basically jist explained how the pizza was made and defended how it was assembled even though I told him how little pepperoni and cheese were on the pizza. I ended up just being like ok, bye. To boot, I ordered boneless wings which were good, but they came in an open top paper/cardboard tray, inside a paper bag, not even covered with a piece of plastic and I couldn’t even roll the bag shut. I usually order from the Bessemer, PA Mohawk Pizza Joes but they close kind of early today so I ordered from North Lima…Never Again… not sure what is wrong with stryofoam containers, they use them at the Bessemer location. This isn’t the first time I ordered from North Lima Pizza Joes and never had an experience like this here before but I will plan on eating earlier if I want pizza joes during the week next time so I can get it from the Bessemer location. I just wanted a nice dank loaded up pepperoni pizza but not tonight I guess.

On a road trip and randomly found Pizza Joe’s. Solid pizza and worth trekking 10 min away from the normal rest stop. Sauce and crust are especially delicious.

I always order food from here never have I been so disappointed with a meal til tonight I ordered 2 gyros there was literally 6 tiny 1 inch squares of meat on each one for 7.00 each its a little bit ridiculous I was very disappointed. I could have gotten a better gyro from Arby’s.

I’ve been going to this pizza Joe’s since I was 10 years old my cousins live right up the street and every weekend we would walk down and get food mainly pepperoni rolls and sometime pizza’s they even sponsored my uncles raceway and would send us to the race track with pizza on Sat evenings it was a different owner them but the new owners kept the same friendly service and the food quality the old owner had the food is always amazing taste is on point as well as the size of the food. I recommend next time you want a good pizza or sub or my favorite hot gondola wedgie stop in pizza Joe’s they have so many different thing to choose from good luck on just choosing one. Another favorite of mine e is the honey hot chicken pizza give it a try you will keep going back time and time again!

I normally have a great experience every time I order from here, but this time it was nothing but hostility and bad service.. Our almost $50 order was made wrong for a birthday party and when we called to see if anything could be done to have it corrected or compensated for, the store manger was rude and basically told us that’s how the ticket was made so it was our fault. I even had to call back the day after I ordered to confirm it because the girl who took my order ended the call without confirming anything and didn’t even say goodbye. We will not be ordering again.
