I had a really good experience at this Qdoba. The place was clean, the food was fresh, and everything was made quickly even though they were a bit busy. The whole staff was friendly and welcoming, but especially a lady named Sheka who helped me out. She was patient, had a great attitude, and made sure my order came out exactly how I wanted it. Little interactions like that honestly make a big difference. I’ll definitely be coming back!

WOW! It’s better than chipotle!!!! Highly recommend, everything was so fresh and cooked properly! Delicious bowl and lovely service. Large portion and extremely affordable. I got this bowl for 11 dollars and I’m almost half way through and I’m getting full. 2 meals in one bowl!

We go here all the time but today the general manager Sheka went all out for us and was so kind. We had ordered the family meals for a small party at lunchtime. We actually did a taste test between chipotle and their family meal and Qdoba, the Qdoba won by a lot with taste, price, and amount of food. The customer service was great this afternoon even when it was busy! Then we came back tonight because my husband wanted me to meal prep steak and chicken bowls for his lunches this week. We came in with the hopes that they would be able to sell us just the steak and chicken (and queso of course) because we already had rice and black beans (although qdoba’s is better it was just easy to make those ourselves for this one thing). She was so kind to us and worked it out so we could get what we actually needed tonight! She even reminded me to scan my rewards so I could get money off catering in the future if we wanted to do this again. She was just so sweet and fast and determined to help. Most places would have just told us no and moved on without trying to find a solution! I love that this location is only a few minutes from us and our families will be going back often!

Where do I begin. I ordered online for in-store pick up. I waited a total of 45 minutes from the time I placed the order until it was in my hands. I waited 30 minutes in store. While I waited I witnessed poor customer service, teamwork, leadership and organization. A total of 5 workers and no one knew what their job was. Everyone was trying to do everything. At least 3 different people on the register within that timeframe. I was asked by 2 different people what order I was waiting on and still had to wait more than 20-25mins afterwards. The person who appeared to be the crew leader, publicly yelled at 2 workers because she clearly became overwhelmed and they (from what I can assume )were not working where she wanted them to. Once my food was ready it was handed to me without a word and the girl walked off. Terrible customer service. Especially after waiting for such a long time. So I checked my food before I left and the food was sloppy, poorly packaged with tops of toppings not securely placed and spilling in the bag. The food was not good. Couldn’t even finish it because it was prepared so poorly in all aspects.
Just because you say hello when customers walk in does not mean it’s good customer service. “Busy time” ..not an excuse. This was the worst experience I’ve had at this location and frankly any QDOBA . I know this location is new so hopefully you guys can improve and make adjustments(operational and organizational training, leadership and management, customer service and creating positive customer experiences, etc)
I know it’s just QDOBA but come on do better!

My husband and I had the pleasure of dining there, the food was superb, the entire staff was very pleasant, our server kept our drink orders refilled without asking. We will definitely be returning there very soon and will recommend this establishment to friends and family.

We got there 2 hours before closing amd expected the worse with the BOGO special available on the holiday. What we found instead was a very attentive, very pleasant bowl maker who understood that a little goid energy goes a long way.

When this location first opened it was great. The last two times we have been there they have served what seemed to be older rice (hard), skimpy portion, and forgotten items on our bowl. Today was no exception, we will not be going back again. Which is unfortunate becuase it used to be out of this world good.

Well. I showed up at approximately 7 pm on a Saturday night. There were two other guests in the establishment. There was one employee in the location. I think there may have been someone in the back but on the line there was one lone individual on the brink on existential collapse. Here is where the issues started. They had no chicken. Okay…I will do ground beef. How do I explain the ingredients here? They just look sort of sad. Sad like they had recently been let down by a dear friend. Also, I presume it was the last serving of ground beef because there was none left in the container when our line hero finished scooping that sad brown goop. Same with the cheese. Everything was running on empty! Worst bit was no sour cream. I asked for sour scream and our lonesome line hero said, “nah”. I know what he meant. Not only with his words but with his heart. He didn’t want to disappoint me but he knew it was his only choice. Pretty lame spot not gonna lie.
