In the past we have enjoyed many years of eating your salads, cookie dough and pizza. Over the past few years we have notice a decline in the product you have been making. The last 3 times we have purchased the products the salads and pizzas have been terrible.
I was extremely disappointed with my most recent visit. This store had no customers and no pizzas waiting to be picked up.
PIZZA: I ordered a FAMILY half Hawaiian pizza. It had 8 pieces of Canadian bacon and approximately 1/3 cup of pineapple. The sauce was bland and had little flavor. The other half of the pizza was chicken garlic. There was approximately 1/3 cup of chicken with about the same amount of tomatoes. There was very little cheese. The crust had no Flavor.
SALAD: Even worse, the lettuce was slimy and unappetizing. The romaine had many pieces of ribs. Not many pieces of the actual lettuce. Freshness should be top priority. Attached is a picture of just a few pieces of the slimy lettuce. I purchased 2 salads and these were just a few of the slimy pieces.
I also asked the associate if I could have a container of pizza sauce. He gave me a container of marinara sauce out of the fridge. I said no I want pizza sauce and I could tell it was marinara sauce because it had chunks of tomatoes and it was not smooth. I was disappointed I couldn’t get him to give me a container of the pizza sauce. The young associate was arguing with someone who has been asking for the pizza sauce for years.

I ordered a pizza last night, and boy, what a mistake! I’ve had plenty of pizzas from Papa Murphy’s, and let’s face it-you have to adjust your expectations accordingly. They are, well….what they are. Cheap, fast, and ok. Not great, but ok.
Not any more. They have obviously changed their mozzarella cheese, as it is like chewing rubber bands, and I mean that quite literally. This pizza was pretty much innedibl e. I took 2 pieces on my plate. I ate most of one, then offered the rest of the piece to my Golden Retriever, who was watching me in anticipation. I ate 2 bites off the second piece, then offered the remainder of the piece to my dog. Nope. She wouldn’t eat it. At all. A Golden Retriever declined human food! I didn’t know that could happen!
I won’t be back. I will go elsewhere, and while I will pay a bit more, I will get a lot more, and not be dissappointed.

Corporate- send a district manager and mystery shoppers to this location. They seem to pay employees in cheese, because I had to return a 20 dollar thin crust pizza with nothing on it today.

Stopped by the Garrity location after work today and the customer service was AMAZING. Staff was wearing masks, they were so upbeat and bubbly, and they made my pizza exactly how I asked. ‘Tis the season to spread cheer and they definitely cheered up my day. Thank you Papa Murphy’s!

I went in to purchase a gift card to give a friend. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and it was quick and easy to get the card. I love going to Papa Murphy’s. Their pizza is awesome (especially the garlic chicken thin crust). I like giving their gift cards as presents, I mean who doesn’t like pizza!?! I definitely recommend Papa Murphy’s if you want that home cooked goodness.
