This is by far the WORST Taco Bell in the area!!! I hate to be one of those people – and I’ll admit I eat Taco Bell a little too much, but I will drive the 10 -15 minutes to go to the Cass Ave Taco Bell or the Bolingbrook Taco Bell JUST TO AVOID THIS ONE and this one is only .5 miles from my house!
These workers here truly just do not care. Stale taco shells, dirty oil making chips & potatoes inedible, orders are made wrong or missing items every single time!
And I get it!! Working fast food is not easy! You forget something? Okay man, it’s been a rough day! I don’t even care! But ordering a nacho supreme and the chips tasting like DIRT & CHEMICALS from the oil not being changed making them inedible is wild. They never have Baja Blast available for order bc they refuse to put new syrup in – I can’t even get a normal drink bc they always taste like water. Literally HANDED a see through Pepsi by a worker not even wondering why it looks like that???
I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt when I’m in a rush or had a rough day, but every single time I leave disappointed.

I have been delivering for DoorDash and Uber Eats for the past 2 years as a side hustle. In that 2 years I have never had an issue with a pick up spot until tonight. I checked in with the staff immediately upon arrival. They told me they were working on my order. I waited patiently and quietly 20 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready before politely asking what was going on with my order. Every person who came in after me had already gotten their food and an apology for the wait, some were even offered discounts. Not one employee apologized or was even remotely kind to me. In fact the gentleman with the large Isiah or Josiah tattoo on his right arm yelled out from the kitchen that I should have just cancelled the order, when I indicated that I had been waiting for over 20 minutes. Another female employee tried to tell me that I would still be paid if I cancelled after waiting all that time which is incorrect. Not only do you NOT get paid for cancelling but door dash penalizes you for not completing an order. I ended up waiting 30 minutes inside this location for an order that paid out $7 total, only to be completely disrespected by the staff for having the audacity to inquire ask why it was over 20 minutes late. Again, I was not rude or out of line. It appeared that they may have just forgotten or lost track of my order for a solid 20 minutes, and when I inquired I was yelled at by the gentleman with the tattoo I mentioned above. The same one who I originally checked in with. It was all so uncalled for. I do not work for free, nor would I ever be so unkind as to suggest that someone else should. I obviously will no longer accept orders for this location nor buy from here for my own family.

I used to give this place a 1 star review. Went there Sept 5th 2025 Friday, early afternoon indoor “for here”. I was genuinely impressed with the food. Perhaps because i didn’t do drive thru. Environment is clean, sterile, and well stocked. Food came out looking like a commerical. This takes good management and dedicated employees.

0 hygiene while they serve the food. Whole team is worst and bad attitude. I dot. Trust this people making my food. 1 time felt like they spit in my burrito..

It’s good if you skip this location as complained multiple times in taco bell customer service but they don’t care either.. so skip and don’t trust.

This location never wants to run their night shift. They lie to customers about being under staffed. There are 5 crew members in the kitchen. I came thru at 1135pm. They never greeted the speaker, despite still being open for business. I was part of 4 cars lined up in drive thru. When they finally came to the window, FIVE people stood there telling me they are short handed. 20 years of Taco management and I ran closing shift with myself plus 2. There is no excuse for this laziness! Taco Bell corporate and franchisees should feel shame at the quality and state of the brand.

Horrible!! That’s all I have to say. The forgot to give me my full order. I ordered spicy potato soft tacos and there were no potatos to be found. Smh. I know it is not going to make a difference in what I say because staff and mgmt that works there doesn’t care.

The employees suck I walk in they see me but don’t even take my order like they are expecting me to order from the screen. Then it takes 25 mins to bring out a simple taco meal with nacho fries. They also always forget my cup. This place sucks and the employees suck. The staff needs to be fired.

You sit in the drive-through for over 20 minutes. Cars are literally putting their cars in reverse because nobody’s taking the order at the drive-through then you pull up to the window and ask what’s going on. She says that you need to come inside and then you try to come inside and the door is locked. I don’t know how this place is still open.
