BBH OVER PHO ANY DAY!! $19.99 without rib, $25.99 with giant tender beef rib. It already has so much meat but if you eat more the beef rib is really good. I love the spicy broth and it hits the spot if you’re craving soup.
They also have a special pho dip sandwich $17.50 that has 1/2 a pound of tender brisket topped with pickled onions and fresh herbs on toasted rye. Very unique and captures the essence of pho. I love that it comes with a side of broth for dipping. Check them out!!
The bun bo hue tastes good. FYI they don’t include pork hock nor pork blood. Pros: has a prominent but not overpowering lemongrass flavor. Has a stronger spicy kick than other places, so maybe ask for less spicy if you can’t handle spicy food. The protein toppings were better than other viet restaurants because here they give more and the tendon was very flavorful and tender. Cons: The noodle portion was small, and also the noodles were clumpy and cut into weird chunks.
Overall, it is a very solid place for Vietnamese food considering we are in the outskirts of SGV, and I will definitely come back for the brisket on rye sandwich and to try other menu items.
This place is the best pho place in the sgv. If you’ve been to the best pho places in the OC. This place is just as good and the portion is plentiful. The broth is amazing and the meat quality is excellent. Only thing I would knock is the pho noodle was a little over cooked but other than that it was phenomenal.
The staffs were awesome and got our food out to us swiftly.
The parking was easy, they have a free lot on site.
The ambiance was like any other food hall. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. If you’re looking for a spot to grub or need a soupy dish, this is the place.
I’ll come back and try the sandwiches next time.
The star of the menu is the bowls of Pho. There is just the right number of varieties available, with beef being the center stage, showcasing very tender brisket, slices of top round, and tendon so tender you need to use the spoon to fully enjoy. The noodles are also expertly made. Keeping intact and lining the bowl like a treasure nesting in the beautiful made broth that is well balanced in beef goodness, bordering on all the beef bone goodness.
Sandwiches or the Bahn Mi on the menu are constructed equally well. Ingredients are plenty, balanced, and delicious.
Located inside the Glendora Public Market, you will be enjoying this restaurant-class cuisine in a Food Hall setting. As casual as it is, the pricing does not match the experience unless you are only focused on delicious sustenance.
A premier bowl of Pho can set you back $26, with most being around the $18 range. Modern times have certainly created a spectacle in dining costs.
I’m Panjabi so I love a lot of spices and herbs in my food and their broth is rich and full of flavor—definitely not bland at all—and it tastes amazing every single time. The meats are tender, decadent, and pair perfectly with the bowl. It’s truly an outstanding pho, and this place has become my absolute favorite pho spot. They never disappoint.
One tip from me, especially for people with a bigger appetite (I’m 6’3″ and on the heavier side): No matter how many meats your pho comes with—three, four, five, or a build-your-own—I recommend choosing two of those meats and getting extra portions of them. It makes the bowl much more filling and satisfying.
Overall, &broth delivers fantastic service, incredible flavors, consistency, and a pho experience that keeps me coming back.
