Not a huge fan of pan crust at all but the thin crust pepperoni was awesome so were cheese sticks. Sadly even Pizza Hut pan isn’t good anymore. I think it’s just a 90s thing. Nostalgia. Maybe there’s like a scented candle somewhere. Pan is over. But your pizza is great overall.

Wrong crust, meat and how it was cut on pizza. The cutting I’m not too concerned about but three things wrong on the Pizza. Paid for original crust but instead got flat or whatever else is an option. Wanted spicy sausage and just got sausage.

Pizza was made terribly, with cheese not fully covering the sauce and cheese spilled over on the side, and was not cut through fully anywhere. Papa track still says it’s on its way when it’s been 30 minutes, so I have no idea when the order arrived, and now it is cold.

I normally love Papa John’s Pizza, but I am so disappointed with them. I ordered pizza Christmas Eve night. I live an hour away and was in town and ordered. They took my payment and information and stated it’d be ready in 10-20 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes after the call and 3 people were there and said they were closed. I stated I ordered pizza a few minutes ago. They stated that the local number I called was they’re answering service and that they would take orders all day long and are not legit. How is that even ok. And why is a local number being forwarded to someone taking orders for a business that’s closed? They said it happens all the time. So not right at all. I won’t go back.
