This food is so amazing because the hamburgers are never frozen and you get fresh veggies and cheese on a pretty good sized soft bun. The crinkle cut fries and onion rings were absolutely amazing. I used their signature “Cook Out Sauce”. That sauce is distinct in flavor and stands out on fries, “O” rings and I even try it on my burger. They also have the most amazing quesadillas that I did not try but ask the person about and they also had chicken wings. Their shakes are called something else. I can tell you that the many, many flavors and include Reese’s,, Banana Pineapple, and Caramel Fudge to name a few I would recommend this restaurant to my family, my friends complete strangers that might ask me, and might even call Europe and tell him they should get this restaurant there. Great job Cook Out.

Other than getting my meal out so quickly the bun was compromised a bit, my experience was good. It did not slow me down very much. Great burger at a great price.

The milkshake is a highlight, particularly the strawberry cheesecake flavor, which was notably rich and enjoyable. While the burger was satisfactory, I plan to return to explore more of the menu once the initial rush subsides. I recommend visiting shortly after opening for the optimal experience.

Family members recommended items to try since this was my first and most likely last visit. The onion rings and hush puppies were just ok. No seasoning, just blah. The hamburger would have tasted better if what I recieved was what I ordered. I asked for lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion and mayo. What I got was lettuce, pickle and mustard, which I dislike. So it ruined the burger for me. The young lady at the drive thru had the personality of a wet paper towel. No hello, nothing. I will say drive thru line was long, but moved quickly and prices are good.

Cook Out was… fine. Nothing terrible, but definitely nothing special either. The food was okay — typical fast-food quality — but I honestly don’t understand the hype people give this place. It wasn’t memorable and didn’t stand out from any other late-night burger spot. If you’re hungry and it’s nearby, it’ll do the job, but it’s definitely not “must-try” status. I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

First time ever at a Cookout, wasn’t sure what to expect. Did a decent size drive thru order – cheeseburger tray with nugs, fries and a shake, separate order of nugs, a cheese quesadilla, walking taco, 2 more orders of fries and 2 more shakes. Shakes are absolute highlight, they were all delicious. Got the oreo, eggnog, and chocolate malt, all 10/10. After we got home, realized the cheeseburger and nugs and an order of fries were missing. Called and drove back, got back into the drive thru and they replaced it with no problem. Son said the burger was great. Nugs were just okay, not crispy at all. Outside of the nuggets, we’ll definitely will be back.

There are several levels of value – price, quality and quantity in restaurants. Right next door to McDonald’s my wife and I got two flame cooked burgers with fixings, two sides EACH and drinks for less than $10 each. Our total was $19.98. Better and less expensive than other fast food joints.
