The man running the show was prompt, helpful, and worked super hard to keep up. He was up front and honest about the wait time upfront. Brought the food to our table, made sure we had everything we needed.

Booooo! Boycott this place. I’ve had constant issues with orders here. The worst was a delivery where none of the wings showed up—only the sides. When I called the store, they had the audacity to suggest that I come pick them up, even though I had already paid for delivery.
They regularly forget the sauce, which is honestly unacceptable (can’t have wings without sauce!) I have never had a single solid experience with this place. The staff clearly does not care about their customers or the service they provide. Completely unprofessional. Do better, BSB—this is embarrassing.

Stopped by here today. We’ve been to other locations. My son is a big fan of their eye of the tiger wings. They have a large variety of sauces. The customer service was good. Called for pick up and the order was ready in about 25 minutes. Can’t complain. A little more pricey then other places but everything is expensive anymore! 30 bucks for 2 dozen. I guess if you want your average basic wings such as hot or garlic you could go somewhere cheaper, coming here is for the experience of their specialty flavors. They also have cookies available from good loven bakery, they’re amazing!

Big Shot Bob’s in Bloomfield is an excellent stop for wings drowning in sauce and greasy (in a good way) sandwiches. The owner of the franchise was helpful and enthusiastic in recommending flavors as they can be overwhelming at first. I recommend Uncle Ricos or anything with the Black Magic sauce. Wednesday’s are $1 wings which is a fantastic deal. They are cash only at the moment but have an ATM inside.

Ordered Honey Old Bay… was a little confused about the menu… didn’t know u had to choose a wet dressing option on the chicken so when it was delivered… it was mostly Old Bay seasoning and no honey on them… they were fried way too hard…

The Service is excellent. I can’t say enough about the wings! Fresh, tasteful and portions are perfect size for all ages! So it can definitely be a quick option for evening takeout for the family or even a party night with the family or a wing spot to order a variety of wing flavors to accommodate the whole crew of guys! Big Shot Bob’s is a must have in your option of places to eat when visiting or just hanging out. Be sure to try every flavor at least once I’m telling you they will surprise you!

Had an amazing experience at BSB and they hooked me up with great Dark BBQ wings! The wings were nice and hot and the staff was awesome and can’t wait to go back! If you’re looking for a great place to get wings, stop in there!!
