Stopped by after visiting someone in the hospital for a quick dinner. We ordered a 2 piece meal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. He got the 2 pieces of chicken I wanted. It came out pretty fast for being made after our order. The potatoes are wonderful. The Chicken is great tasting. You get a roll and butter with your meal. Very good.

I went there today, the lobby was packed! Smallest pieces of chicken that I’ve gotten in my whole life. I was waiting for almost an hour for my food which was supposed to be made on time. I get my food, smallest pieces of chicken I’ve ever gotten. Not to mention the green beans were cold and tasted like someone took them right out of a fridge and handed it to me. I was waiting for almost an hour to pick it up, while others received their food sooner than me and coming in after me.

This Chicken shack is clean and well-staffed. They are professional people who remember their customers and they’re friendly and efficient. The chicken was great- hot and crispy and juicy inside. They made the potatoes for us with no butter and offered butter on the side which has never happened at the Chicken Shack we usually go to. I would have given it a five-star if the app or the website had worked but you have to receive a code in order to see the menu and after multiple multiple multiple tries I couldn’t get in. So based on the food the service and the atmosphere it should be five stars

Chicken looked pink and was nasty. The mayo tasted like butter and there were weird things in the corn. The corn spilled everywhere in the bag before it was given to us and the fries were insanely soggy. Never eating here again.

Today new employee didn’t bring our order and waiting long time. Figure out he delivered it to another table and no words to us excuse or sorry.
After long wait he brought broken order, less pieces and less side order.
So disappointed service and seems like wrong hiring processed.
