Trying to understand what I ordered online had the word half above the toppings asked for. When I opened the box I saw what I got. Why do the toppings look so sparse in comparison to the photos in store and online. You ask better than the last Pizza Factory I had. If there is a next time guess I’ll call to make myself clear.

First time ordering at this particular, Marco’s. The pizza was good as usual but, the chicken wings! You guys you know those sat there all day. Come on, they were either a recycled order or you cooked ahead of time and they sat there because YUCK!! Hopefully it was just a fluke but, just kind of a warning to anyone else who wants wings from this pizza joint. Again Pizza was awesome, as usual! The wings sucked, disgusting, old looking in appearance too. They tasted like they were in the fridge for a week and then they reheated them.

Terrible. Hardly any sauce and just a thin layer of cheese here and there. The toppings were pretty sparse as well. Also ordered cheesy bread which was not very cheesy, considering that it’s actually called “Cheesy Bread”. I think the bread came with more marinara sauce than the whole pizza. Oh yeah, the pizza wasn’t very hot either. I’m giving them 2 stars only because they were very fast with the order and the overall order/service was fairly painless.

First time trying Marco’s pizza. Very satisfied overall with the mobile app ordering experience and quality of pizza. It was super quick delivery, 10 minutes before the estimate. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. Only two complaints, the pizza was light on mushrooms and was not cut very well. Minor gripes, but would definitely order again.

Tried ordering for delivery and the location is .9 miles away. We are in a newly developed residential area and was told they can’t deliver to us since their system can’t find our address. How hard is it to plug in an address – we have been Marcos customers for years and this is ridiculous.

Expectations are low for California pizza but this takes the winner for worst pizza in CA. Sauce tastes like canned marinara, thin crust was tasteless with run of the meal cheese. Giving 2 stars because they hooked it up with meat. Overpriced chain pizza is getting old in the area.

We ordered online for delivery I said leave at the door however I didn’t pre-tip (I did enter my desired tip amount online). I was called while the delivery driver was at more door and was told it cannot be left at my door due to my tip option. This doesn’t make sense and it was cheaper if I ordered with Door Dash but from a location further away.
