Wendy’s burgers are my favorite. Staff were nice and we had good conversations as I got my food. Didn’t have to wait to long at all. Don’t mean to ding the place for atmosphere but it is just a fastfood restaurant, nothing to fancy going on in there

When I go through the drive through in the evenings the customer service is top notch. The food comes out hot and with a friendly attitude. There is a gentleman that greets you with such a nice hello and smile. The other employees are just as nice . It is the best Wendy’s I’ve been to.

The sidewalk outside was all ice, the soda machine seems to be broken and leaking soda all over the floor. Only 3 people on duty, and more attention seems to be spent taking care of online orders than servicing customers at the counter. Food was good.

I saw Wendys (in general) was offering a Veterans Day breakfast. The door was supposed to open at 9, was still locked at 905. They were not offering the VD breakfast. Another place off my list for the next year. Went to BK instead, at least they offered a 10% veteran discount everyday and a free coffee today.

The individual running the drive through tonight on 6/24/25 at 7p should not be in a customer facing position. Their communication skills are poor at best and the way seem overwhelmed by the simple task of taking an order. Just a simple order of 2 different combo meals requires being repeated multiple times. There were only a few cars in the drive through and the process took over 30 minutes. That’s not fast or convenient.

Doing a poor job! Second time I ordered a Taco salad and the chili cup was barely filled half way. Only one in line at drive up. Had to wait. She never told me to go to second window so I sat at the pay window. She never waived me forward. I drove forward finally. She did not have a nice attitude either.

This particular Wendy’s opened a few years ago when I moved to Troy. The 5 to 6 times I have been here, only one was fair.
The cashiers at times up my orders from sandwich only ordered to a combo meal. Not sure if they understood my English bc the majority spoke Spanish behind the counter.
My bad, I should have checked before making quick payment. I was too hungry .
Next, the food portions given are often very little, half filled fries and half filled chili.
Lastly, food is often served just slightly warm and this is noted within many consumers reviews.
Sad, because, my friends and I dine at Wendy’s often in my old neighborhood of Queens NY and it’s one of my favorite fast food restaurants.

The worst Wendy’s possible at night the employees turn off all the lights so people think they are closed and also turn off all app orders so you can’t even order anything regional manager needs to do something
