I absolutely love this Smoothie King location! The team here is always so helpful, and the service is consistently fast and friendly. The general manager is incredibly sweet and always goes out of her way to assist customers and make sure there’s little to no wait time, even during busy hours.
The store is always super clean and well-maintained, which makes the whole experience even better. Out of all the Smoothie King locations I’ve been to, this one is by far my favorite. Highly recommend stopping by if you want great smoothies and even better customer service! ✨

40 minutes for a drink & toast is insane. Maybe have more than 2 workers on a Friday (when you offer free upgrade) during lunch time. I was made late returning to work & was given attitude when I told them to forget the smoothie I would just take care of it later. After already having being told 10min prior to that when my toast came up they were working on my smoothie. I do understand they had a large dash order come in that put them behind but this is no more my problem than it is theirs. I can’t comment on if the toast was good as I didn’t have time to eat & had to high tail back to work. Then was so frustrated that I didn’t even want to drink the smoothie. I ordered smoothie king bc I thought it would be a quick on the go option & I was only getting bc I know I needed to eat a little something. Don’t think I’ll be back to this location again.

I unfortunately don’t know the name of the sweet young lady who works Fridays normally but she went out of her way to make my drink special (and quickly!) when the smoothie king app was crashing today. She also remembered my regular order which is really above and beyond for a lil smoothie shop. Massive props to the team at this location for taking care of Chesterfield so well

Abby at this location is AMAZING! The restaurant was PACKED and she was covering it all alone. She made sure everyone was taken care of and my order came out perfectly. 10/10 recommend this SK location specifically for Abby alone.

Some may know of my love affair with Angel Food smoothies at Smoothie King or may not, but what I don’t “always” love is the service. Today; however, was exceptional! This Smoothie King location was clean and the staff was wonderful! I’ll be back for sure next time I’m in Chesterfield!

What a sad joke. Went in to buy a gift card for $20. Cashier had to get help, entered the wrong amount, didn’t have change for a $50 bill. Couldn’t hear me because the “music” was too loud for either of us to communicate. The receipt was incorrect, but I didn’t have the time it would have taken to correct it. Never walking in here again

Pretty busy on a Thursday at 1. Second time coming to this location, seems to be busier than the one I usually go to, but it was explained to me that they had a wait. Thankfully it’s a nice afternoon and there’s outdoor seating!!

Very inconsistent here- it all depends on who’s working. I think I am hiving up and trying another place nearby. Lately, my smoothie bowl is always either half-filled, completely melted, or missing the extra toppings I pay for.
